Firstly. All the staff speak excellent English. Not what someone wrote previously. I should know as an English speaker. We were in the new building for a week. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well designed. I would have preferred a normal balcony and not a French one. The breakfast was very good with a selection for all tastes. Thanks to the excellent staff: Luca the reception manager, Davit security, Anna reservations and a very nice reception lady whose name I can't remember. We stayed an extra half a day which Luca helped us with. We were in the old building ( with a payment) and it was fine.

I booked ' Deluxe King Room' and the first night I realised that I was not sleeping on a single king size mattress as in the middle of the bed it was not flat. In the morning and for the benefit of the doubt, I removed matress cover & bedsheet and I found out that my matress was not single but two twin beds zipped together. Next morning I asked politely reception whether my booking was for deluxe king room and they confirmed that it was indeed. When I showed them a photo evidence with the twin beds the answer was ' Oh you felt it?'. When I asked whether they gave me a twin bed instead of king bed the answer was ' Oh the designer made it like this for convenience'. Obviously I did not buy what reception answered to me as an excuse and I was deeply disappointed. I felt mislead also because while I was walking in the corridor I glimpsed into the room next to mine - the door was open and cleaning lady was in. The room was much bigger than mine ( my deluxe room was 23 m2 but i doubt it) and I'm pretty sure that the bed was not two matresses zipped together. In a addition to my story I will agree with b) carpet is full of stains/dirty which is unacceptable for a new hotel c ) reception is not really welcoming for a 5 star hotel ( as advertised) d) There is no Smeg fridge as shown in the booking pictures. I was expecting much better treatment, provided I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights!!! 2 Stars for the positive attitude of breakfast room staff and for its convenient location. Next time in Tbilisi somewhere nicer and friendlier!

Never have i ever stayed in this kind of classy and beautiful hotel. I remember the day I have entered to the lobby on my arrival to Hotel, I had a nice shock. First of all because of the interior and later on the music playing there was my favourite. I loved the Japanese cuisine they have in Lounge and the terrace with burgers, spaghetti, enchiladas and those kind of food. The room i stayed in was called Associo and I would say it's the most beautiful room i have been to in hotels. Overall i really loved the place and recommend it to everyone!

This hotel have some issues the rooms are five star but the service and the food are definitely lacking a price point of over 100 dollars. The breakfast buffet food temperatures incorrect. When I got home the first day after my adventures at 6 p.m. my room wasn't cleaned. I was made really annoyed. Web down tell them to clean my room and waited in the lobby to do something that's already been done. .the hotels policy they say because of covid is not to clean your room! I've been on vacation for the last 45 days and this is the only hotel in three continents that hasn't cleaned my room on a daily basis. Also they have a pool but it looked so uninviting. There's no concierge and the staff don't know answers to basic questions about airlines or where to eat . This hotel is worth $75 a night maximum not over $100 a night. I always ask myself would I stay there again . The answer is no. It's hotel is not up to the service if it's price point period the rooms are very pretty though

I think there is a problem with the bathroom, the space between the shower and toilet is too small, I can barely fit. I am 1m90 tall. There are stains on the lamps, scratches on the doors. Very comfortable bed, lighting works very well. Toothbrushes and bathrobe were missing! Housekeeping should check rooms before guests. The swimming pool is very good, good installation! Very good breakfast. I would say that the standards of a 5 star hotel are not there, even at the level of the reception service remains very basic but nothing more, I expected better service anyway. The meal at the ATI was very good, but the waitress is very young and very kind and needs to learn more about F&B. The chef came to explain his dish to us, very professional.

Нормальные номера под цифрами 5 и 6, один из них и был нами забронирован. Когда мы приехали - оба были заняты. Остальные номера - конура с ”окном”, которое выходит сразу на стену соседнего дома. Окно размером с форточку 30×30 см, которое не фиксируется в открытом положении. Стена соседнего дома была в 20 сантиметрах от этого ”окна”. Ни дневной свет, ни свежий воздух через него не проходит. Возврат разницы по стоимости произведен не был, извинений мы также не услышали. В номере были сломаны сиденье на унитазе, ручка на душевой кабине. На наши просьбы отремонтировать, персонал сказал - ”так это туристы ломают же, сейчас починим, а они опять сломают”. Что??? Вообще персонал крайне .... странный. По поводу сломаной сидушки я уже писал выше. В первый день по поводу оплаченного нами завтрака мы услышали: ”Так тут же везде кафе работают, там и позавтракаете”. Когда было указано, что завтрак оплачен, нас спросили во сколько мы хотим завтракать. На наш ответ, что в 8.30 - 9 часов было бы хорошо, нам сказали - ”Мне неудобно в это время, я доеду сюда в лучшем случае к 9 утра, так что завтрак не раньше 9.30”. Facepalm. По поводу раздельных кроватей в номере сказали - ”так вы их сдвиньте вместе, будет одна большая”. Это последовал ответ на вопрос, почему у нас один пододеяльник на 2 кровати, но второй в итоге выдали. В номере нет шкафа, только подвесной с 2 металлическим погнутыми вешалками из химчистки. Без полочек и высотой сантиметров 80. Wi-Fi нестабильный и не покрывает всей площади отеля, а если ваш номер - конура, то и мобильная сеть там не очень, то есть решать какие-то вопросы по интернету будет некомфортно. Отзывы на известном синем агрегаторе не соответствуют действительности - отель просто удаляет ваше бронирование вместе с отзывом после того, как вы оставите не восхищенный отзыв. Единственный плюс отеля - его расположение в самом центре, при этом там очень тихо, так как отель находится в тупике. Если вы путешествуете с детьми или у вас романтический отпуск - крайне не рекомендую этот отель. Может вам и повезет с номером, но если нет, то вы останетесь очень разочарованы. Не рискуйте )))

New-style hotel in the old city, the hotel can walk 20 meters to the main road, you can see the Freedom Square on one side, and the other side leads to the rest of the old city. It takes seven or eight minutes to go to the Bell Tower and Zion's main cathedral. The location is excellent. The room is not big, but the basic facilities are available, such as the safe refrigerator TV, the shower water is very hot and hot, but the shower room is very small, the weather is not cold or hot, and the air conditioner is not turned on. Because the hotel is relatively new, it is not bad to live. There are not many types of breakfast, basically bread yogurt coffee cold meat salad ham sausage some fruit, if the requirements are not high, you can eat it. Because you didn't open those small shops in the morning, some coffee shops in Liberty Square had to order a dozen or twenty for breakfast, and it was not as good as the hotel.

The location is very convenient, close to Liberty Square and to the old city. The double room I had was very nice, well furnished and equipped. Same for the bathroom. Maybe a bit tiny for two people with lot of luggage. The room and the bathroom were made up and cleaned every day. All the hotel looked clean. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of food, the quality was good and the food I had was tasty and fresh. The staff was kind. A special thank to the one of the guys at the front desk who helped me with a lot of patience to deal with a local call center.

Location was central, just a stones throw away to any part of the main attractions in the city. Room was small and cozy, mattress was nice and soft, we had clean towels, slippers and serviced room every day . Bathroom- Shower area is too small, instead of being a triangle shower area, it should've been a squared shower area to get more space to move around or bend. I kept banging my arms to the glass door of the shower everytime i wanted to turn or bend. The breakfast was very plain and basic , I only ate the egg omlete from the entire spread. On the last day the lady even said there was no omlette, when i could smell fried egg... i was ready to leave without breakfast, but Gary at the reception was kind enough to speak to her in Georgian and ask her to make an omlette for me, she made one reluctantly and haphazardly. Gary at the reception was very welcoming and courteous and attentive to all our needs during our 3 day stay in Tbilisi, he deserves a 5 star for his service. Tamuna on the other hand only wanted to sell us her tour packages even though we had already pre-arranged our tour activities, she even wanted us to cancel our tour arrangements to book her expensive tours.. she dint speak anything else apart from tours with us. The owner of the hotel is a very jovial and a cheerful bald guy who was so happy everytime he saw us. He very kindly offered us to sit and have complimentary wine from them but sadly it was time for us to leave to the airport so we couldnt. The only downsides of this place could be- the breakfast, It needs to re-organised to some thing interesting rather than fruits, yogurt , cut tomatoes and cucumbers, cheese and butter. There was bread with egg and milk, but it was not fresh and it was served even the second and third day just because noone had it the first day , we could tell, because it was rock hard on the second day and third day as well. I only survived on 1 boiled egg and a small piece of omlette. Secondly the shower area of the bathroom needs to be a bit more spacious. I am average built and if I had problems, you can imagine a heavier woman or man with a bigger body struggling to have shower there.
