nice location and view, right opposite of the lake; friendly staff

Well located by the lake and comfortable place. We took the coach arrangement to Milford Sound and then a visit to view the glow worms.

The room is very big, facing the lake, the scenery is super beautiful, and it is very quiet at night. The hotel is also not far from the cruise ship terminal, about 10 minutes' walk away. It is very convenient to take a boat tour of Lake Te Anau and see the glowworm caves. There are many restaurants and shops around the terminal, making shopping and dining convenient. There is a large parking lot in the hotel and the front desk is very friendly.

The scenery of the lake and mountains in Diana is first-class. Almost all the rooms in the hotel face the lake, but the room I was given faces the back, so there is no beautiful view at all. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, the bathroom is clean, and breakfast is not provided.

The hotel is right by the lake, with pleasant scenery, highly recommended.

There’s nothing to say about the external environment, it’s amazing. The entire hotel faces Lake Te Anau. The room is big enough to sleep 6 people. We are a family of three, so it feels like a waste... You can also cook here, which is great👍

The quality of the bed is not good

The view isn't great, but everything is there It was nice to have an induction kitchen. It's clean, so it's good to stay A bit noisy on windy nights.

The outside environment of the hotel is good, but the room is a bit small
