Reviews of JS Hotel

Booked for a one night stay only despite of the negative reviews. But unexpected surprise, counter staffs are very friendly. U need to pay 50 deposit to exchange for room key, aircon and tv controller. Room is a king size bed, on level 2, climb the stairs no lift in hotel. Room is very big and Has a hairdryer. Toilet is clean and comfortable too. Only TV is not working there is no reception connection And also no fridge. Overall is good for one night stay if u looking to explore Aeon Tebrau mall which is behind it.

I recently stayed at the JS Hotel and, while the location was convenient, the overall experience left something to be desired. The hotel felt a bit outdated, and the rooms could use some attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It’s clear that the property could benefit from a refresh to improve its comfort and appeal. On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of Aeon Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a convenience store right outside, making it easy to grab essentials. Overall, if you're just looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay in a prime location, JS Hotel could work. However, if you're looking for a more modern or well-maintained experience, you might want to explore other options.

Bedsheet is dirty, towel are yellowish. Room has a smell. Location was ok.

Great location But room no sound proof. Can hear other room talking so loud

It’s not even sound proof, especially doors closing so noisy and loud. Bed frame stained with brown residue, bedroom fixtures with hanging spider web, bed sheets torn. Hotel staff doesn’t greet you upon arrival and no aircon in lobby. Not a pleasant experience. Will not be back, thank you.

Easy parking clean cool

Location still can accept, juz parking in front abit less and if need parking need park to the opposite hero market, no lift and 2 floor room only

Good places to stay for a night for shopping around at jb.

The towels have an odor, fortunately I brought my own. The cleanliness is passable. It's noisy at night, and for two consecutive nights, I've heard numerous loud door slams.

Average ok for a night stay. Nothing really to be mention of.

For foreigners, there will be additional charge of 10rm per night per. Basic amenities to stay.

No water bottles provided. Water dispenser is just besides the staircase on Level 2. Toiletries such as toothbrush & toothpaste & mini shower/shampoo bottles provided. Towels available. Coffee sachets provided. Room quite spacious. If you want to go to Tebrau IKEA and AEON. this is the right hotel as AEON is just behind with shortcut access through carpark. Why 4 stars for cleanliness? We can smell cigarette smoke in the room after check-in. And after seeing the cigarette tray on the desk, we realised that our room is the smoking type. I assume that all rooms are non-smoking type. Should remember to request for non-smoking roomin the future. Will stay again if need to go to AEON Tebrau.
