Probably once upon a time the hotel was beautiful, this hotel needs maintenance, no air conditioner, no front desk, no soap or shampoo, no fridge,no drinking water no bedspread on bed.
I do not recommend it. I only stayed one night just to see if is a good hotel. part of my family stayed at an other one and we decided that this other faro hotel was better.

le falta mantenimiento , la tv se ve muy mal marca patito,
la alberca esta limpia pero muy fría el agua, no tiene camastros ni siquiera sillas para estar afuera de la alberca.
no aceptan pagos con tarjeta solo efectivo, quedaron de envirarme mi factura y todavía sigo esperando hoy 5 enero 2024 creo que solo mienten y no la hacen

La atención del personal fue muy buena en todo momento. La limpieza de la habitación fue buena también. Pero la habitación da mucho que desear. Era una habitación doble pero solo tenía 3 contactos, fue 1 en el baño y 2 en un lugar de difícil acceso ya que estaban a un lado de la TV. La habitación no contaba con clima. Creo qué hay mejores opciones por menos presupuesto.
Tuvimos que cancelar la reservación por todo lo antes mencionado.

La visita a este hotel fue una muy mala experiencia, la atención en la recepción no fue nada cordial, las habitaciones estaban muy sucias en cada una de las que nos quedamos encontramos sorpresas desagradables en el baño, a la alberca se le veía el fondo verde, al momento de recibir las facturas las hicieron por un monto menor al que se pagó por ellas, y encima de todo realizaron un cargo a la tarjeta de crédito por una habitación extra que no reservamos ni tampoco solicitamos

Higiene deplorable había cucarachas y olía a mucha humedad.
En las habitaciones cuadruples únicamente tienene un contacto eléctrico.
El Wifi no llega a las habitaciones. Uno puede conect**** únicamente desde la recepción.
En general mal servicio y tuvimos que solicitar la cancelación.
