I and my clients had stayed at Asareh hotel in October 2023. first of all I promise the room furniture were not cleaned for long time. We could smell cigarette every where. it was like we are staying at the smoking room of the airport. Breakfast was good enough but not too much. We wanted to go out of Tehran and again back to this hotel, but we decided to change the hotel then. My client's room was changes 2 times and they were not satisfy of the hotel. Mine was in the same conditions. and the bathroom was very small.

Hotel ok affordable prices room and bathrooms small but clean central location, quiet breakfast was ok parking nearby very friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant. good coffee, cheap transfer from the IK Airport ca 40 minutes

Hotel con pro e contro. Buona posizione a sud di Tehran nei pressi della fermata della metro. Buono anche il servizio in Reception, molto efficienti. Colazione nella media, con buffet dolce e salato (ottimo il pane appena sfornato!). Le camere sono ampie, pulite e moderne, ma andrebbero riviste un po'. Il condizionatore era abbastanza rumoroso e si sentiva puzza di fumo di sigaretta. Nel complesso una discreta sistemazione con buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Хороший отель. Номер был чистый, отопление работает. Ванные принадлежности все есть. Завтрак шведский стол. Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый. Быстрое заселение. Удобное расположение недалеко от метро.
