Very polite personnel, clean and wide rooms. Design of the hotel is well planned and warm. Breakfasts are rich and soft. We came for an exhibition and really enjoyed the stay. Nearby there are Park Tabiat, Tabiat Bridge and Tower of Milad. Thanks

Excellent food and very friendly helpful staff. One of those rare hotels where everything is smooth from start to finish. No fuss from start to finish. A really pleasant experience overall. I will certainly stay there again when I am back and have no hestitation recommending it to anyone.

Everything was nice. Comfortable room, atmosphere pleasant, very clean, nice stuff and service always ready to help, excellent breakfast, quiet area. If the next time I come to Tehran I wished to be here again. I really enjoy in staying here. I recommend warm.

Come back to this hotel after several years, the same as before, the clean area and polite staff and my lovely espresso! So sorry that I heard the owner died 2 years ago. I saw him in the lobby Early in the morning every time in my stay before, spoke with him and he said the story of his hotel and how it was built several years before.

Hi I was staying at espinas palace for 4 nights , everything was nice and the staff was really polite and good , specially reception team , concierge and bell boys ! Highly recommended ! I appreciate to mr.Balmeh and all staff.

I steyed here with my family on behalf of my company it was good experience for all of us we appreciate all the staff we enjoyed of personel maner and also swimming pool which was great. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

Revisited the hotel after some years, much different than before as less foreign guests visit Tehran these days; less vivid and menus lack many great options; the staff are, but as kind and caring as they were in the past. Enjoyed my visit totally but missed the Italian cuisine in the Four Seasons restaurant.

Niloo restaurante ático, ahora bar de copas. Excelente ubicación en plena av Domecq, Jerez. Buen ambiente para tomar copas con amigos. Sin embargo, un pésimo trato del camarero Juanma, prepotente y mal educado. El otro responsable de sala, Rafa , estupendo! Se disculpó por la mala educación de Juanma, y me ofreció una compensación que obviamente rechacé. Volveré???
