The service staff are friendly. Rooms are clean and it is situated conveniently.

Despite its popularity and four-star status, the Eskan Alvand Hotel also has some flaws. First, the cleaning ladies entered my room at 10 am without knocking while I was exercising without clothes, and this mistake is not acceptable even with an apology because it is unprofessional behavior. The toilet paper was very rough. The bathroom glass was completely transparent, so that I could not use the sink until my son was taking a shower. They did not provide dental floss and said it was not included in the service. The rest of the items were acceptable with modern decoration. The breakfast was also good, but compared to other four-star hotels I have been to inside and outside the country, it had some shortcomings. With a price of more than nine million tomans for Iranians and the conditions I mentioned, it is not a good choice.

This place truly is the most amazing hotel in all of IRAN especially in tehran, the staffs are incredibly polite and respectful , the rooms are extremely clean, breakfast is always fresh with lots of choices , there is a restaurant on the top floor that has an amazingg food with top quality. I would like to thank the management of Eskan Alvand hotel for keeping this hotel the best of the best in all aspects.

I stayed in this hotel from 25th October to 11th November and had a very good experience. The management of this hotel is first class, everything ran perfectly because of the manager here. Everything was in its place and every member of staff knew exactly what they should be doing and I believe that is because of the excellent management. The rooms were very clean and the food served here is absolutely excellent. The one, very small, complaint I have is that they are very anxious to get their money. I am used to settling the bill at the end of my stay at other hotels but this hotel really didn’t like it and I had to keep paying every 3 days. They also didn’t like cash and wanted everything by card. However they did make an exception for me as I do not have a card that I am able to pay with. I was a manager before I retired and I am able to differentiate between good and bad management and it is my belief that the manager here is the hotels greatest asset. All in all I had a wonderful stay and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
