Considering the price, the cleanliness, staff behavior, and breakfast quality are acceptable. However, the hotel lacks dedicated parking, and the surrounding neighborhood is rather old and underdeveloped.

This is a truly beautiful place, like a peaceful oasis in the busy city of teheran. It’s a boutique hotel, but you feel more like being in a five star hotel. The boutique hotel Team is very courteous and help you where they can. I felt in love with the style as it is set up and the beds are unbelievable comfortable. The breakfast which is included is fantastic and I highly can recommend to choose this boutique hotel.

You shouldn't suppose a luxury place but very cozy. A 170 years old house where you stay as a guest to experience iranian hospitality and enjoy old iranian architcture. Neighbourhood is not very good, a crowded downtown with narrow and long alleys but I think it worths totally

The hotel is very beautiful and pleasant. It is located in the city center, close to the sights. The staff, especially the night shift gentlemen, are extremely polite and professional. Only the restaurant in the complex does not have much variety but it's okay. But overall, I recommend it.

that was One of the best experiences of staying in boutique hotels that I have ever been. Very stylish and clean and the The behaviour of the staff was good. the place was full of good energy and And it was a reminder of the beautiful and old houses of Iran

service and customer care was extremely poorThe restrooms do not Specifically the restaurant have towels. Also the restaurants’ dishes are triple the actual price and the service is really bad. Overall I didn’t have a good experience and do not recommend this place

it is a very good hotel and the staff very friendly. Some rooms are in a position that are surrounded from guests so are noisy. The rooms i have seen as double rooms are a little bit small. The location is ok. The breakfast for me it is okay but some north europeans, used to eat a lot in the morning, would ask more and various.

It was great experience, hotel stuff perfectly speaks english and we got rooftop room with full terrace access and it was place where I could leave for whole year. Great food, great shisha, great service, cool authentic location with walking distance to Grand Bazar, possible to call a taxi, and stuff could solve any problem!
