AVOID! HOTEL STOLE MY MONEY! After staying at the hotel for 3 weeks, spending a lot of money on restaurants etc throughput my stay, the day I checked out, they stole money from me. Context: I used bank transfer as the method for paying for my extras (room service etc), which amounted to approximately $300 USD for the whole 3 weeks However, I transferred more than I was supposed to. The hotel agreed to give me the overpayment back in cash. The day of checkout, the staff at reception agreed for my checkout time to be at 2 PM for no additional cost (due to my flight being so late). When checking out however, they refused to return my money, and said they’re keeping it as a late checkout fee. After going back & forth, my money was not returned. This hotel is greedy, disrespectful, and simply does not know how to treat guests.

A solid 4-star hotel. For Tehran, the ambiance and quality here are even better than some 5-star places. The rooms are clean, the location is central, and breakfast is decent. The only issue is: definitely book your hotel before you arrive! Paying with cash on-site is equivalent to double the price.

Well it was a terrible Experience for us as a newly married couple we gone to this Hotel we were expecting a treatment of 4 Stars but in reality they were bit too bad . Reception response was too bad they were not solving our issue they were rude to my Wife

The hotel rebuilt recently, I reserved single room, the baseroom is very small, and the toilet so closed to the wall, if you are not fat could choose the single room.
