AVOID! HOTEL STOLE MY MONEY! After staying at the hotel for 3 weeks, spending a lot of money on restaurants etc throughput my stay, the day I checked out, they stole money from me. Context: I used bank transfer as the method for paying for my extras (room service etc), which amounted to approximately $300 USD for the whole 3 weeks However, I transferred more than I was supposed to. The hotel agreed to give me the overpayment back in cash. The day of checkout, the staff at reception agreed for my checkout time to be at 2 PM for no additional cost (due to my flight being so late). When checking out however, they refused to return my money, and said they’re keeping it as a late checkout fee. After going back & forth, my money was not returned. This hotel is greedy, disrespectful, and simply does not know how to treat guests.

Better than expected! Convenient for dining and a great location. I'd definitely stay here again.

A solid 4-star hotel. For Tehran, the ambiance and quality here are even better than some 5-star places. The rooms are clean, the location is central, and breakfast is decent. The only issue is: definitely book your hotel before you arrive! Paying with cash on-site is equivalent to double the price.

Well it was a terrible Experience for us as a newly married couple we gone to this Hotel we were expecting a treatment of 4 Stars but in reality they were bit too bad . Reception response was too bad they were not solving our issue they were rude to my Wife

The hotel rebuilt recently, I reserved single room, the baseroom is very small, and the toilet so closed to the wall, if you are not fat could choose the single room.

Very bad service the AC was not working the light was out couple of times the the bath tub was clogged They never answer the phone at the reception over all bad experience but very clean hotel

I stayed at a hotel with good facilities in Iran. I was shocked by other reviews before I stayed there. In fact, it is worthy of the four-star rating. The environment is very comfortable and the facilities are complete. The breakfast is also good. I will stay here again next time.

Very satisfied, very close to the Ministry of Energy, complete facilities, everyone is polite, very civilized ancient country atmosphere. Clean and tidy, the restaurant breakfast is rich, very trustworthy.

The staff is extremely incomprehensible. They do not accept reservations made through the agency.
