GGuest UserThe hotel taxi is more expensive than the outside taxi, the hotel pool is only for men and it is very strange!!!! The room was for smokers and the air conditioner didn't stink and smelled great after a day! When I checked out, I had to carry my luggage to the door, and even though I had tipped everyone well, no escort was done and I carried all the luggage by myself. One of the passengers helped me take me down the stairs! They didn't even say goodbye and it wasn't respectful at all, I won't go back to the hotel!
GGuest UserThe hotel itself is good and I liked the room, there was no problem with hot water nor air conditioner. Breakfast was very nice although waffle or several items were unavailable even it is written as available on the open kitchen corner. One thing that disturbed me most is that the hotel doorman first tried to reject my entry saying ”Full” ”No Room” ” Go to other hotel” even I told him I had reservation. It took me so much pain to push away this arrogant and mannerless doorman to reach concierge. And this doorman also never helped me to carry my luggage at the time of checkout. Was he really a gatekeeper or hired as bouncer?
GGuest UserIf you’re looking for a revenge story involving the Tehran Heritage Hostel, consider a narrative where a guest feels wronged due to poor service or an uncomfortable experience. They decide to expose the hostel's issues by writing an exaggerated yet humorous review online. Their story goes viral, leading to a surge of curious guests who, expecting a disaster, instead find a quirky charm to the place. The hostel benefits from the unexpected publicity, and the protagonist learns that sometimes, even a negative experience can lead to unexpected outcomes.🤩❤
逆逆旅人生We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and we generally enjoyed our stay here, however there were something we didn’t like
1) No one ever came to make up our room when we were out during the day. They did bring us clean towel upon request though.
2) Room card key needed re-activation every day and they didn’t tell me until I complained about the card key not working properly. They should tell us when we checked in.
3) Breakfast was purely Iranian style, not my type.
SsamiralrahimyThe gym is not for free. The sweets and water in the fridge are not free . Breakfast is OK. But I will rather stay in the 3 star hotel 50meters from aramis hotel. Otherwise I will recommend Grand1 4star hotel .
MMustafa90890The room was small, and so was the bathroom, it did bother me that they wanted to keep my passport at the reception and they did. only one of 3 receptionists spoke English, no help booking busses or anything.
On the positive side, the location is amazing next to Saadi metro station, and the AC was good!
吉吉It was good until my last day. I actually paid for towels that was stained because of my died hair. The hotel worker were really nice and I just wanted to thank them .
The place is accessible to banks, buses metro stations and taxis everywhere. People on the street are kind and helpful. They were just happy to help. The weather is hot so bring water with you. The covering of the hair and the entire body except your face, hands and feet are ok. I also recommend that you can at least read or speak Persian if not, bring your phone with you and use it for translation or have someone with you who can speak and write Persian as not everyone can speak English.
소소정The hotel employees at the reception were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I lost money in my hotel room, but the hotel trusted me and returned my lost money.
I want to thank all the employees who helped me until 2 am to catch the thief and return my money.
The hotel handled the situation very well, and I felt like this hotel was trustworthy.
