I arrived and there was a guy inside a little room with a terrible smell giving the keys, my room was not ready but i asked him to show me a room in advance and he refused, the place looked dirty, I didn’t stay I left. They didn’t want to give me the money back. Stay away from this place. Easy to confuse the name with sea executive which is a very nice place.

Please do not work with this property!!.Theysell something completely different and when we got there! They give whatever they want!! That was the most disappointing experience there!.

HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE la pire expérience de location. On devait avoir un 50m2 avec 1 chambre fermé, on se retrouve avec un taudis de 20m2 et sous-sol avec des fuites d’eau. Impossible de se faire rembourser. Ils ne font que mentir et être malhonnête. On a du se rendre à leur bureau tous les jours pendant 1 semaine pour qu’ils nous remboursent. Ce sont DES VOLEURS

We stayed at this Building for our 3rd time. We specifically reserved the room we always stay at. At $880 US. 1st we were over charged $600 IS due to their below market rate. We were put in another apt. Far lower quality the. The reserved unit. Broken shower doors. Rotted wood coverings outside. Dead plants in Giant planters with dried sand in them. Broken Glass on the terrace Broken Handel on the terrace. TV that kept resetting loose tiles, dingy dirty un kept apt. We were allowed to switch after 3 days. But still the other apt was also not Upto rental standards. Keep far away. Plenary of newer apt for rent.

This property is NOT what is shown in the pictures. Picture shows beautiful building and apartment, as apposed to the actual building which is crumbling apart. Pictures show a spacious living room area, actual is a torn armchair and dirty sofa. I would never stay here again just Arrived too late to go somewhere.

This was an absolute bait and switch. Not as advertised. We rented the Penthouse (largest and most expensive unit) for 5 nights last minute listed as the nicest unit in the building. It was an absolute dump. Views outstanding, that's it. Oven broken and stoves broken, toilet paper locked away, very few dishes/utensils (some nonexistent) but all dirty and nonclenaing supplies available. Furniture rotted and smelly. The worst though was the unbearable smell of stale cigarettes in every corner of the unit. On every wall and piece of furniture. Unliveable. But after all that there was NO ONE to contact or discuss with. The phone number provided has not been answered in 10 days. Likely because they know that renters will want to discuss issues of concerns. We left after 49 hours - it was that bad.

RUDE DESK PERSON. ROOM NOT READY ON CHECK IN AFTER CHECK IN TIME.
ONLY 8 ON SITE PARKING SPOTS. THEY COULD CARE LESS THAT A HANDICAPPED PERSON NEEDED TO GET INTO LOCTION. NO ASSISTANCE AND STAIRS TO ELEVATOR.
