Great location. Room on the small side. Some street noise filtering in late at night. Breakfast nice, but more interesting options available nearby.
In terms of value for money- not entirely sure.

It’s not very expensive in the heart of Tel Aviv. It’s also very close to the beach. It’s convenient for everything. It can be a bit noisy on weekends. After all, it’s a lively area that young people like. There are a lot of bars and restaurants downstairs. The hotel is very avant-garde and good value for money.

The front desk is slow and the Internet connection in the room occasionally fails. The hotel rooms in Tel Aviv are quite small, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast is not too delicious. For breakfast, I will stay here next time.

Positive: good location to shopping and the beach. Negative: this is more a business hotel than a family hotel. The lobby looks great but the hallways and especially the rooms are sterile. The sheets are white, the walls are white. I felt like I was in a hospital room. The room was cramped with no space. Every hotel should have breakfast included. This one did not. $20 per person, US. The staff was kind but not very knowledgeable or helpful at times. Also a hotel this size should have a pool. No pool for you.

Spent two wonderful days in Tel Aviv based at the Rothschild 22 Hotel. We had tried it last year for one night when meeting up with family and we were not disappointed on our second visit. Reception staff were kind and efficient, the room was clean , comfortable and had a great view. But the most important was that the breakfast under the Chef/ Dining Manager Amram was nothing less than excellent. For someone who is challenged by multiple food allergies Amram was a pleasure to deal with and he gave us the confidence to eat the breakfast. Amram speaks many languages and he certainly understood the menu under his management and care. Certainly that would be reason alone to return to the Hotel - which is centrally located and suited our multiple ins and outs. One minor point is that the Business Lounge was not allergy friendly - something that should be addressed in the future. This does not affect our overall review as The reception staff, Breakfast staff and room staff all merit a good review

Wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone to be frank.
Let's start at the beginning, shall we?
One of the main reason we booked this hotel was because of the parking. As we arrived we talked to the manager about the parking. He was VERY RUDE and told us there is in fact no parking available and it's our problem we didn't check beforehand (he was rude to other customers as well). The rooms don't have coffee or tea or a kettle or something to warm water. There is no way to control venting in the bathroom. Etc.... To summarize you pay for an above average hotel and get a WAY below average hotel in return. The view from our room was nice though. Would never go back to that hotel in my life
