I liked the hotel, the location is perfect - in the center and close to the embankment; cafes and all other infrastructure nearby. The room is not small and quite neat, for my money at the prices of Tel Aviv, in my opinion, a good option. The street is very close, so it is noisy in the morning. The girl at the reception is always available, helped and answered all our questions, thank you very much!

We stayed here on 7th of April 2023. 6 guys. We loved almost everything: - we received all the rooms as soon as we arrived, quite early before the regular checkin time - the position of the hotel is very good, around 800m to the beach, 2 km to the Old Town and 2 km to the closest train station. - the price was also good for Tel Aviv in this period of time - around 130 USD/night - the rooms are clean and big enough. Some weak points but they were not big problems for us: - many rooms does not have balconies - the hotel does not offer breakfast - I understood that the hotel offers only double bed, not twin beds. - the furniture is nice but it is not anymore so shiny as in the pictures.

Got this really cheap on Agoda..$170 for 2 nights including tax. For $85 in one of the most expensive cities in the world, I cannot complain that much as it was my own room with my own bathroom (I will stay in hostels from time to time though). My room was right on DIzengoff which worried me due to the noise but the windows really drowned out any of the street noise and people are out there at all hours. It looked like the hotel tried to look modern but didn't fully do it. You could see mismatched furniture which looked like they were from a garage sale or something. The AC worked but wasn't that great as it clearly was old. I saw reviews mentioning mold. While I didn't see any, honestly I"d imagine nearly all hotels in humidity have it. No real front desk. I had to wait a few minutes when I arrived as the check in person wasn't there. Checking out was even more informal where you just leave your key at the hotel and hope they find it lol. All that being said, the room was clean, had a mini fridge, you were walking distance to restaurants and stores of all budgets, walking distance to the beach, and bus 445 (the airport bus) was right in front. Tip though for the airport....It doesn't leave all that frequently unless it's during normal hours. When my flight arrived it was after 11PM and service was I believe once an hour from the airport so I ended up paying for a taxi which was super expensive especially for 1 person but I didn't want to wait an hour in pure humidity after a 13 hour flight! When I left Israel for a 6 AM flight, I was able to take the 2:40 AM bus. At those really bad hours, it was every 2 hours but I was able to work around it for that time. I'm a female traveling alone and even at those hours there were still plenty of people on the street so I never felt unsafe. Honestly if you are on a budget and can get it cheap, it's fine.

Arrived to stained sheets and towels, unclean room and a lubricanted hand print on the bed side table. Bedding was cheap and synthetic meaning you would sweat through the night. The room wasn't cleaned properly and I needed to show the cleaner how and where to do it. Key stopped working halfway through but hotel insisted it did work! The place stank of mould and hadn't properly been cleaned. While we did complain and were offered compensation, this did not make up for the absolute joke of a hotel. Stay clear

Room and balcony were very dirty. Noisy place with restaurant open during late night. During 5 nights stay room cleaned once. Location not bad in the centre of Tel Aviv walk distance from beach. No breakfast but coffee shop few steps from the hotel.

The photos are from when they opened it for sure. We only stayed one night. When we arrived, the receptionist was not there and we had to call her on a phone number that she had written down on a piece of paper. He gave us a room that was not the one we had reserved and on top of that he told us that he was doing us a favor because we had arrived 30 minutes before 3:00 p.m. and they didn't open the reception until 3:00 p.m. We asked her to book a taxi for 5 in the morning and she told us that she would try but that she was very busy and she didn't know if she could... (I don't know, I say that if your job is to be at a reception, you have to devote to it, right?). We had to book the taxi on our own at the hotel opposite, the Hotel Cinema Esther and there without any problem at once and without being hotel tenants they reserved it for us. The terraces are very dilapidated and a mop hasn't passed there in a long time. The receptionist, who spoke to us frankly badly and was very rude, told us to call her to see if she could reserve a taxi for us at 6 in the afternoon. We called her and she never picked up the phone. Then she wrote me a message saying that she was still very busy and couldn't help us. Then they write me by whatsapp and tell me that if I need something to make my stay better that I tell them, when I was already at the airport back in my country of origin (because it is an automatic message) Horrible, horrible customer service, Unspeakably bad, neglected facilities and not at all like in the photos (especially the common areas) and in general very very bad. I have traveled halfway around the world and there are usually many places like this, I hope that if you are reading this you are lucky and you do not come across places like this on your trip.

Tel Aviv is the most expensive city in the world, even water costs a lot let alone a hotel. But wherever you are in the world if you spend almost 200 euros a night you have the right to 1. be welcomed 2. that your room is cleaned 3. that there is a hotelier who is a reference otherwise you might as well go to a b&b . I think there was a problem because NOTHING of the previous reviews is true No aperitifs, no welcome, there is at most one receptionist for a few hours a day not friendly at all. The structure is not bad except the bathrooms which are questionable. Bad value for money. I must say that the hotel reception in Israel in the medium range (which perhaps is low by their price standards) is really bad. Paying little (200 euros per night!!!) does not authorize you to do your job badly
