1. It is very convenient to come from the airport or train station. Tel Aviv has three railway stations, and the nearest railway station to the hotel is Tel Aviv Ha'Hagana Station. After getting out of the station, take a bus across the road, four stops and walk for three minutes. Of course, you can also take the bus 445 directly from the airport, but there is only one bus at one stop. It takes about 10 minutes by train from the airport to Tel Aviv Ha'Hagana Station. 2. It is about 25 minutes walk from the hotel to Jaffa Old City, about 20 minutes by the sea, and 15 minutes from Neve Tzedek community (there are many cafes, restaurants and galleries). We go in winter, if you want to enjoy the beach, it is best to choose a hotel by the sea. Mainly concentrated on the beach a little north. There are many buses around to reach all the attractions. 3. The room is small and the club room we booked is not large. But you can see beautiful sea and city views, and the sunset is beautiful. The Club Room has access to the Executive Lounge, which has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city, and offers light drinks throughout the day. The room does not provide toothbrushes, electric kettles, toiletries are L'Occitane, and the taste is very good. 4. Breakfast is provided in the hotel's bar, so many seats are not very comfortable and richer than our hotel in Jerusalem, but the variety should be complete. All in all, it is a qualified comfortable hotel, such as the domestic all season Atour, not a star hotel.

The staff at reception were terrible! From the very second we arrived, throughout our stay, everything we had to do with them was annoying and difficult. Partly probably due to some very strange rules (e.g we were asked to pay in advance for the rooms and not allowed to give a credit card number as security until we leave and pay with another card, which was not with us at check in, they also charged our card a security amount of €200 without even telling, let alone asking us before doing so). We’ve asked for a few things they might have for the children, and never heard back, including when we needed a thermometer for one of the children I called because I was alone with them and couldn’t go down to reception. I never heard back from them for over an hour and had to go buy one when my husband got back later on. These are just examples, it was like that with everything we needed or asked and they were generally unpleasant. Perhaps it was the overload of the second part of August? The concierge was on his mobile on a private call and we stood there for 5 minutes until deciding we better go out and get a taxi on our own. The list goes on and on....

Wonderful place. The hotel is very convenient in location. Nearby market, transportation, sea. Jacuzzi and chezlong on the roof. Excellent place when the weather is bad at sea. On the resepshne ”compliment” for visitors: coffee, sweets, champagne. Very pleasant. Sadly, there was no breakfast that would be included in the provided value. Staff polite, not obsessive. Very grateful to the manager, who helped to find the necessary room. Denis is a very nice young man and very careful with the requests at the settlement. Thank you very much for your help. I also plan to stay here soon. I look at convenient dates.

We booked 3 nights at this boutique hotel based on the mostly positive reviews on this forum. Our experience unfortunately was not so great. We checked in rather late in the evening at around 8.30pm. We were coming in from the bus station as we had crossed over from Jordan earlier in the day & we were exhausted & hungry. We were looking forward to a few comforts after some hectic days in Wadi Rum. The cab dropped us off on the street out front...there was no doorman so we dragged in our luggage into the small lobby where we were met by Adi at the front desk. He explained a few things & offered us a coffee but we wanted to just get into our room. What I found really strange was we had considerable amount of luggage but he didn't lift a finger to help even me & I was struggling. The room was okay size but the furniture was weird - supposedly designer but just plain Uncomfortable. They provided no baggage racks which meant all the bags on the floor which again is so inconvenient. For any decent hotel this a very normal requirement or at the very least provide a space for keeping big bags. We found that some of the toiletries in the bathroom were obviously used by the previous occupants of the room. The caps were not screwed properly & one of them was leaking. Housekeeping had not bothered to throw them just simply kept them there along with some fresh ones. Disgusting ! The next day I asked for an ironing board. The young girl, I think her name was Miriam looked a bit perplexed at first & then came back after a quite a while with an iron & a dirty old stained hand held board. Made me wonder people don't require irons ? We met the manager Tali the next morning....she wasn't too friendly or hospitable. Miriam was friendly & offered us some coffee. We enquired about a Sim & a Rav card & were told that we would have to look on the street for a phone shop. The location of the hotel is on a buzzing street full of cafes, shops & restaurants so we didn't have to walk too far to find a shop selling the cards. At the hotel they told us that we would have to go 10kms away about 25 minutes by taxi to find a Rav card recharge place. We are very well travelled & that just didn't sound right....the authorities are not going to make the purchase of an everyday travel card so difficult. The guy who sold us the SIM card told us we would find it at the pharmacy next to our hotel. I can't remember the name of the shop but it was literally the next building sharing a common wall. It was that easy....the girl at the counter was lovely & one of the customers in the queue offered to walk with us to where we were going as he was going that way. Didn't Tali know that Rav cards are available next door ? She's managing a hotel & she didn't know this very basic piece of information relevant to all tourists ??? When we came back in the late afternoon we found our room was not made up. The clothes line in our bathroom didn't work but despite repeated requests nothing was do

In the hotel in the industrial area, the rooms are very good

great hotel. wonderful staff. beautiful room. delicious food. nice pool at the roof of the hotel. from the first minute in the cheek in till the last minute at the cheek out all the workers in the hotel did everything for us to be happy. perfect service. very recommended

I would like to say thank you to all the hotel staff, its an amazing and very recommended hotel that many people dont even know about, because everyone knows only tel aviv, but i highly recommend this amazing, clean, amazing service hotel, and special thanks to the staff, Osher, Michal, Yanir, and Ziv, and the rest of the amazing staff in all departments, thank you for the lovely and amazing experience in the hotel i would highly recommend this hotel without second thoughts. I really enjoy returning to this amazing hotel and amazing staff that makes you come back all over again, big and huge thank you everyone

This type of room that we ordered is an anti-missile shelter with a small, blocked window opening. Unfortunately this was not clear in the information provided when I made the reservation, otherwise I would not have taken such a room. Because of the protected walls there is a feeling of suffocation in the room. To change this room, we had to pay an upgrade fee. Apart from that the hotel staff is nice and helpful.

A very well run new Hotel in Jaffa Close to the stadium with parking available on site and also adjacent to Hotel Nice modern atmosphere with exceptional staff . Our room was comfortable -very clean and well presented .Small balcony ( a lot of local contracting noise going on ) Bathroom and shower - all good , could maybe use some extras for example tissues Safe and ample cupboard space plus coffee machine Breakfast on 5th floor outstanding service , friendly , helpful and good variety of food I consider this Numa Hotel offers very good value Would definitely stay again

Excellent service, a pampering room with a good and pampering shower, a (small) pool on the roof, cleanliness, a good breakfast, in short, highly recommended, in short, everything you need from a good business hotel, I will return there
