Wonderful scenery, outside and inside, and very high quality-standard hotel. Everything what you can dream of a luxury stay in Tyrolean mountains, including very good food and vert nice local wines. Not 5 stars, as noise level during the night in the room could improve

Our experience was really memorable, the staff were very helpful and attentive, the food was superb I really liked the Italian dishes in particular it were really good like you in Italy , the breakfast was varied and the cook was really friendly. I need to mention to the high end facilities as well , the resort is very good for vacation and to have rest away from the stress.

My entire family loved the Interalpen Hotel. The grounds of the hotel are absolutely breathtaking. The service is impeccable. The views are stunning. We loved this hotel. It was very family friendly and we felt it met our every need. The breakfasts and dinners are top notch. The meal and housekeeping service was wonderful. The pool and spa area is incredible. We loved hanging around the hotel and didn't want to leave. But if you do choose to leave, there are a lot of fun family activities as well, like visiting Seefeld nearby, and if you have a car you can also visit Area 47 and the longest alpine coaster in the world. Thank you Interalpen Hotel for a lovely and luxurious stay.

Family trip. This is my 4th visit to this hotel. We spent a good 5000 EUR here this time, not a cheap stay. I used to love it, but I don't think I'll be coming back. Attention to detail and standard of service are not what they used to be, and staff was generally unhelpful. They know we are repeat guests - and yet they made zero effort to accommodate us. We gave us rooms in a low floor facing the back. There were no spa appointments (even days in advance) and the spa receptionist was impolite and non-apologetic. Dinner receptionist was unaccommodating to our request to move to different table. They charged us for wrong things at checkout and really made me argue, which I hate doing (they ultimately resolved the issue but made me feel terrible in the process). I don't like to complain during my hotel stays, but as someone who comes back here a lot I feel they could be more attentive.

Most gorgeous hotel EVER! When you first drive in you think you are in the lobby..driving into the lobby lol...But it's a garage disguised as a lower lobby. The rooms are magnificent and the views are the most spectacular you will ever see. The food is delicious..from the sushi/steak to the Austrian Hut....and the breakfast buffet is incredible. The spa? I have never had a massage like that...out of body experience....and the grotto, sauna and steam room below were quite the experience. If I only I could have stayed longer than 3 days.......

Exceptional is not the word for this spectacular hotel in the Tirol. From the remarkable welcome in the garage where multiple staff members await to escort your car, then onto the efficient reception clerks, this hotel is a marvel. Set in a high plateau with mountain views in every direction for miles, the exterior beauty makes appreciation of the stunning alpine decor rooms a challenge. Gorgeous wood panels and chalet furnishings remind a guest of old time charm but without sacrificing modern accoutrements in a beautiful marble bath. Food was delicious with a breakfast buffet I doubt we will ever find the equal for setting and variety. So too the spa did not disappoint but for a manicure that was an eye watering price! Still I left refreshed and renewed somehow not even that disappointed my nails had practically cost a fortune compared to all other more reasonably priced services. If you are seeking a destination unmatched in beauty, efficiency, pampering and attentive service, the Interalpen should be your resort of choice. If only for the crisp air so clean you feel your lungs have had a hoovering, beat a path to this hotel.
