Our stay at Cordia Hotel was unfortunately not as pleasant as we had expected. We appreciated the helpful service from the reception staff, who kindly assisted us in pushing our luggage to our room. However, when we entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell, which did not leave a good first impression. We also experienced some difficulty getting the water to work for our shower, as it took us quite a while to figure out how to turn it on. In addition, the room was rather small, which made the stay less comfortable for us. We appreciate the assistance provided by the reception staff and hope that the hotel can look into improving the room condition and providing clearer instructions for the shower facilities to enhance the experience for future guests.

Location right in the terminal. Never seen a room this dirty. Bedsheet with stains and hairs, wet spots at waists hight, towels with blood. Limited English proficiency. We left early due to lack of hygiene.

The hotel is very convenient for airport travelers. The screen in the lobby clearly shows flight numbers and boarding gate information, making it easy to check where to go. The room, bed, and bathroom were all clean and comfortable. The only minor issue was that the bathroom floor didn't drain very well, so a little water tended to pool after showering. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Stayed on 2026/06/22. Had an early flight the next morning, and Yogyakarta airport is quite far from the city center, so I opted to stay a night at the airport hotel. Following the floor signs, I found the elevator to the second floor where the reception desk is located. Check-in was very quick, and I even received a 10-minute massage voucher (which I didn't use). The room was large and clean, and despite being inside the airport, it was very quiet. All necessary toiletries were provided, and the hot water worked perfectly. The only odd thing was that the bedsheets looked like they had some stains.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful with any needs. However, the room itself was terrible. It had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the sheets and duvet covers were dirty and damp, making me hesitant to even lie down. The bathroom had moldy black spots. The window couldn't open, so there was no ventilation. I was in room 301. The only upside was its convenient location for flights; otherwise, there were no benefits.
