Very good ～ The front desk attitude is very good. Close to the bus station, you can take the free bus line Earth to the central area and ASU, breakfast is also good, I like bacon 🥓 with potatoes 🥔

A basic choice as the name would imply however a solid one. It's clean, functional and everything the brand offers with plenty of parking. Conveniently situated next to main roads for most things Phoenix related. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly enough and they managed my deliveries of parcels very well indeed. Overall it's not a romantic gateway but a well managed practicle choice.

I was wondering if the reviews were all true because you never see hotels with this high of reviews, but it's all true! Super amazing experience. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. We asked for a couple of things during our stay (mini lotion bottles, etc) and they were really friendly and helpful with those requests as well. We ate breakfast there every day and it was great and we had the dinner twice as well and it was really good as well. I was surprised by the amount of items available. I was really expecting more appetizers, but it was an actual dinner. Very impressed and will definitely stay again when in the area!

The staff was very friendly the rooms were clean and they were very accommodating I was very fortunate to be able to be helped by Katie at the front desk she was very accommodating when I requested a room with a hot tub because previous night they were not available. And a bonus I was right next to the pool. Definitely will come back!

Stayed at this location during a busy weekend and had the best experience with the hotel, the staff were very polite and the room was spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay.

I am used to great hospitality, I am from Malaysia, but staff from Comfort Inn exceeded our expectation. They went above and beyond regular service when they had to evacuate our things while we're still conferencing. The care and mindfulness of their housekeeping staff was truly commendable. Great place to stay at near ASU. Amazing rooftop bar that is amazing to watch the sunset. Will definitely stay there again next time we are is Phoenix.

No food at this place you have to cook you4 own food or go out to eat it has nice kitchen with cook top stove comes with pots & pans a toster oven and coffee pot...Staff are nice and friendly people try to go out on a limb to help you with questions..

First cheap, second cheap, third is cheap

This review is long overdue. Had to stay here on a mission to help a family member this past summer, definitely not a vacation stay and this hotel suited our needs very well, with one exception, I'll get to that in a bit. First thing: we got in late on a Sunday night and I was really hungry, The woman working the front desk on Sunday June 27th 2021 went above and beyond to try and find food for us, even offering to go into the closed hotel kitchen to scrounge something up. Then she called several places until she found one open and helped negotiate the whole transaction, being very patient with me and my exhausted brain failures. When she did secure a food delivery, told me to go on up to the room and she would deal with the delivery driver. I've gotten less help at a 5 star hotel, this person seemed to have genuine concern for us and I failed completely in that I didn't tip her (so tired I forgot, sorry!) and didn't even get her name to mention her here. I assumed I'd see her again. Hope she somehow sees this review, so grateful for the help. Beyond that the hotel had a fantastic lobby, good clean modern design all over with cooler colors in the rooms, comfortable beds, good room layout, clean, nice bathroom. Very reasonably priced. We only had one problem in a week long stay, one night some very loud people stayed in the next room, at least 4 or 5 people going in and out all night and talking super loud. Couldn't figure out if the walls were really thin or if the people were just louder than average humans, probably both, but leaning on the people being especially loud. Given the proximity to the university, this type of thing is to be expected really, and I don't actually blame the hotel, it's just something to be aware of. The front desk were helpful in the matter in that they were willing to tell us those people weren't booked for another night, but if we continued to have problems we could let them know, so hotel staff did what they could. All in all for the very good price I was satisfied with our stay, it was nearly perfect for our needs and that Sunday night desk person was an absolute life saver.
