Best Hotels in Tenali

While on our road trip, we initially aimed to find accommodation in Vijayawada. However, faced with unavailability, we pivoted to Guntur and stumbled upon Welcomehotel Guntur. Booking our stay through the ITC website was a seamless process. Upon check-in, we were pleased to find that the process was efficient, and our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We decided to dine at the hotel as well, and we were thoroughly impressed by the excellent quality of the food, which we enjoyed immensely. However, a minor hiccup occurred when we were asked to pay again for our meal, despite having already settled the bill during the booking process. It took the staff about 10 minutes to rectify the error and confirm that we had indeed prepaid. The breakfast experience the following morning was slightly disappointing in terms of service, with several of our orders missing. This left us somewhat disheartened, and we began to question our decision to book at Welcomehotels. To our pleasant surprise, we received a feedback request email, and I took the opportunity to express our experiences in detail. While my expectations for feedback responses are typically low, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the Food & Beverage ***ager, Mr. Uday Prakash. Mr. Prakash assured us that our concerns would be addressed, and true to his word, our subsequent dinner experience at Peshawri exceeded all expectations. The food was exceptional, and the service was truly top-notch. The Dal Bukhara, in particular, evoked fond memories of similar culinary experiences at the esteemed ITC Maratha. The following morning, our breakfast experience was also excellent, showcasing a marked improvement in service quality. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's proactive approach to soliciting feedback and their commitment to enhancing the overall customer experience. Both Mr. Rajesh Nath and Mr. Uday Prakash deserve commendation for their positive response to our feedback and their diligent efforts to turn around our service experience. Our stay at Welcomehotel Guntur was thoroughly enjoyable, and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

The stay was fantastic, the food was good, and the hospitality of the staff was outstanding, i would love to stay here when ever i come to GUNTUR, fantastic vibes from the hotel staff. Whaida the she was a great help and the hospitality she provided was outstanding. shreeraj, sushant,sumegha these guys are doing a fantastic job. I hope this kind of a ambience should last long.

Excellent Service and hospitality. Chef Vinod and Prasad were very friendly, welcoming and hospitable. Food was good. Rooms were neat and well maintained. Receptionists were amiable. Room service was timely and well delivered.

This hotel is in the heart of the city. The rooms are so cozy and comfortable, you'll feel right at home. The staff is super friendly and always ready to assist you with a smile. Specially Rakesh and tamzim from housekeeping service,i enjoyed a lot and the pool are just the cherry on top. Trust me, you won't regret staying at Lemon Tree Premier Vijayawada . I will recommend this hotel.

My first visit to Wijayawada..3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent services , clean, top hospitality..easy to move around in city centre. We chose to stay this hotel during B.tech admission process of our nephew in to VIT-AP University and made our booking on agoda. Excellent hotel with very good amenities, the rooms are very spacious and good with excellent view of the NH (Chennai-Kolkata). Our check-in process was fast and entire stay was comfortable. All staff are very courteous, polite and are ready to attend with a smile. Restaurant ambience was excellent and food was very tasty. Service in the restaurant was very good. Ample parking space is available. Overall, a great hotel, excellent stay and 100% recommended. If they can take care of few minor issues, this hotel stay can definitely rated with 5-Star rating in comfortable stay.

Excellent hotel,!! I been to this hotel for quite ***y year, and quality, service , hospitality is all time the best, its keep increasing , the best ***agement , employees , hygienic food , rich rooms, ..you name it. i like hotel GM Mr.Rajesh Berry , very active , approachable , his warm greeting during morning break fast time a friendly talk with visitors and with his own crew members. .. If you're on business trip or on personal trip., you should make your stay at this hotel, you wont be disappointed .

Location is not far from the airport, 20-25 minutes by car. Not in the downtown area, but quiet. The airport pick-up is a bit expensive, Rs. 945. If I take a taxi, I leave the hotel to the airport for 400, which is more than half cheaper. But the service was good, otherwise I did n’t download uber or ola, and it was not easy to find a car by taxi to the hotel, because I was out of the airport. The hotel rooms are nice, the area is not small, the facilities are quite complete, there are toiletries, disposable slippers. The wifi speed is okay, but it is limited to two devices for free. There are many kinds of breakfast, Chinese, Western and Indian. Recommended.
