The hot spring is very comfortable and the water is changed every day. As for the shortcomings, the only thing is that the hair dryer is not very powerful. This is the first time I have given such a low rating to a hotel. I only had one review when booking. I will not be a guinea pig again. There are not many people staying in the new hotel yet. To be honest, the hardware itself is very good, but the management really needs to be improved. The hotel is on the edge of a community. On the sunny side, the guest rooms have a good view of the distant mountains and lakes. On the shady side, there is a commercial street view of the community. There is a huge gap between the two sides. I booked two rooms, the cheaper one with a sunny view and a view of the street, and the more expensive one with a shady neighborhood and street view. I opened the door and checked out, asked the front desk to cancel the order, and then re-booked a room with a sunny view ( 100 yuan cheaper), the hotel changed my room, but they refused to let me place a new reservation no matter what, and said they would give me a discount if I extended my stay the next day. But because the hotel restaurant was not open and there was no food nearby, I did not extend my stay. When I checked out, I wanted to solve the room price difference problem. Several people came to the front desk, and they all said that I placed the order with Ctrip and could only argue with Ctrip. I was speechless.

本來衹準備住一晚的，住着舒服又續住了一晚，不愧是康養酒店，早餐健康又好吃。住湖邊景色好，空氣好，房間每天都有一大籃新鮮水果。服務也挺好的，酒店細節做的不錯，泡温泉會有礦泉水和單獨的毛巾，五個温泉池，人也不多。晚上睡覺很安靜，酒店很大氣，走的時候還送了一套洗髮用品，還是大瓶裝的，還有好幾種免費體驗的項目，性價比比那些兩三千的高很多。以後來騰沖度假還會選擇住這裏。
