衞生也就一班班，放沐浴露和洗頭膏的那個架子還是爛的，有女朋友的特別注意，沒有桌子，化粧很麻煩的喲，還有很急點錯了，想換個房➕50塊錢，270塊錢住的酒店沒有100塊錢的住的乾淨踏實，隔音就更不用説，人家走路都能聽到，以後遠離

位置很好，周邊配套齊全，電影院離酒店衹有800米，方便看賀歲片，離騰沖的每個景點都不遠，交通方便，車位也方便，早餐的餌絲很好吃，就是春節滿房人多，吃早餐要等座位。房間乾淨，設施齊全好用，服務態度也好，非常推薦👍🏻

之前訂了3間雙床房，且全額付款，23號辦理入住被告知衹有2間雙床，要安排1間大床房，與前台服務員韓桐霞溝通時，問了一下產生的房差問題，而此人態度很惡劣，説不滿意讓我取消訂單，且説話難聽，無奈之下入住酒店，房間取暖設備是壞的，溝通後修好，洗澡水冷，晚上中途停電半小時，電梯抖動嚇人不敢乘，下午4點左右都入住不了，衞生還未打掃完，總之入住2晩，問題一大堆，不推薦任何人入住酒店，差評

我在攜程上定了那麼多次酒店，從來沒有遇到過這樣的情況。對於這家酒店，我衹能説相當無語。我提前一天定了兩個所謂的“清風細語”標間，到了前台辦入住，拿房卡。打開房門一看，根本不是我定的房型，就是招待所的水準。我到前台詢問，前台告知節假日能有張床睡覺不錯了，要住就住，不住走人……有幾個問題我想問下酒店：第一，我通過攜程下訂單以後酒店是要酒店確認的，既然我定的房型沒有了，那為什麼沒有人和我聯繫，告知我？你們好忙？第二，我到了前台入住的時候，依然沒有告知我入住房型比我預訂房型差太多，你們想幹嘛？渾水摸魚？第三，到前台溝通，前台告訴我我能住進來已經不錯了，沒法調整，我定的房間就是沒有了，愛住不住，你們就是這樣的待客之道？強烈攜程取消酒店商户資格，這樣的酒店完全就是抹黑騰沖，抹黑攜程。

酒店裝修還可以，使用頻率較高，毛巾顯老舊，床單有2個破洞，入住酒店可泡温泉，小區環境優美，略顯不足的是小區分了好幾個進出區域，希望改善下早餐品種多樣化。
