The owner was immediately professional and excellent in his welcome. The apartment is well kept. Recommended structure, Teramo is worth it!

We stayed a week in this beautiful home. Starting with the kindness of the owner, very friendly and attentive to every detail, we then noted the excellent cleanliness of all the spaces, a plentiful breakfast, an excellent location in the historic center and the very comfortable parking for the car which, otherwise, given the dimensions of the alleys, should be left outside the walls. We certainly recommend it

Great courtesy and attention to guests in a structure located in an ancient and well-kept building

Starting from the month of August 2022, I found myself in Teramo several times and the choice of accommodation has always fallen on this structure: the prices are very honest, considering the central location and the services offered. Although I have not yet used it due to personal habit, I can assure you that breakfast boasts a wide choice of products; in addition to the fact that it is always served on a tray by 9.30 in front of your room, I was able to ascertain that the staff pays some attention to food intolerances (I remember that I was asked if anyone present was intolerant to lactose or have celiac disease in order to take individual breakfast needs into account). The linen in the rooms is of excellent quality. The room is cleaned daily; as for the latter, its fundamental characteristic is a careful study of the spaces, between the sleeping area, kitchenette and bathroom, while always respecting the plan of the original building (I would like to point out that the bathroom, depending on the type of room chosen , can be internal or adjacent to it, i.e. conceived as a unit in its own right). There is an internal lift, as the property is spread over three distinct floors (the rooms are on the first and second floors, while on the ground floor you will find the reception and the garage reserved for guests). The bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and two small shower gels; towels are provided in pairs for each guest and are also replaced with a certain generosity. I always recommend confirming your booking via email a few days before, so that you can agree with Mauro - the owner - on the check-in and check-out times, on which he is very flexible.

I stopped in Teramo for one night on Friday 26 August, deciding it at the last moment. I found this b&b with a fantastic quality/price ratio to say the least. Very central and comfortable. Perfectly clean, spacious and tastefully furnished environment. The host was very kind and very nice, extremely helpful in responding to the needs of even someone like me who was passing through. I knew Teramo from having been there as a boy, having a grandfather from Teramo. I found it very beautiful and pleasant. I will definitely return, based on the ancient Interaminia. I highly recommend it.

We had booked via email, receiving a positive response from the owner. We arrive on the expected Saturday evening at the end of July, but they tell us that the B&B is full and they know nothing about our reservation. We show them the emails showing the opposite, so they try to fix it by offering us unthinkable alternatives.
