Fui com meu sócio para Teresina a trabalho e ficamos no Uchoa e foi uma experiência muito positiva.
O hotel é bem localizado, próximo de restaurantes e shopping center.
Além disso, o atendimento foi sempre muito atencioso vindo de todos os funcionários. O café da manhã com muitas opções e a estrutura do restaurante para almoço e jantar atendem muito bem quem está no hotel.

Overpriced, but decent facilities. The room was generally pretty clean, but I was a bit shocked at some dark material smeared on the bathroom wall near the door...not sure what it was, but I was able to clean it up, myself, fairly easily.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel but this was the most disappointing as far as the hotel goes. The cleanliness is questionable as a matter of fact there was dust on the nightstand in the room. We had issues with the TV not working throughout our stay, the gym, which asked us to disinfect the equipment, did not provide the products. It seems no one cleans the gym. I was there for 10 days and was the only one going to the lobby to request the cleaning products. Staff is friendly but they don’t act proactively to anticipate needs for the customers. The only thing that saved our stay is the restaurant. Wow, the restaurant is spectacular! From the maître D Everaldo who was always available and supporting the team to Venicius, Denilson , Eugênia , Camila , Kaio, Antonio ( I know I am missing a few) and all others who served us so beautifully during our stay. They are the best Teresina has to offer and certainly deserve to be recognized for excellence in service. We spent a significant amount of time in the restaurant or enjoying a meal by ourselves or with family and friends and every single time the food and the service were consistently great. Perhaps, the restaurant team can teach the hotel staff a thing or two about customer service.

Hotel bem localizado, porém o custo alto não condiz com os serviços oferecidos. Café da manhã básico com oferta de tapioca. Limpeza falha, achei um grilo morto no quarto.

O quarto destinado foi o 102. Viajei com amigos que elogiaram os quartos destinados a eles nos andares superiore. Teresina é uma cidade tórrida. Esta fazendo 38° a noite e o ar condicionado nao funciona. O quarto fica no andar inferior, muito proximo a recepção. Um abafo de quente. A janela dá pra um muro de cimento, o que nao permite ventilação.. Tem um gerador ou compressor, um aparelho embaixo da janela que "ligou" 3x durante a madrugada, fazendo um barulho horrível. É um quarto que deveria ser um almoxarifado de tão inóspito. Experiência frustrante.

Fomos bem recebidos, o staff foi sempre muito simpático e solícito. O hotel por fora é bonito, o fato de ter um restaurante tb ajuda muito para não precisar buscar outras opções. Opções de almoço com self-service interessante. Jantar com a Lacarte tb com petiscos e pratos principais saborosos. O café da manhã é simples. O auditório tem um tamanho satisfatório. Quanto aos aposentos, o banheiro do nosso quarto entupiu e prontamente fomos deslocados para outro quarto, contudo estava em péssimas condições, cortinas imundas e despencando, rachaduras nas paredes, infiltrações perto ao ar condicionado, o frigobar tinha uma porta transparente e emitia uma luz contínua que impedia um sono de maior qualidade e para finalizar, em um dos dias estava rolando uma festa com show ao vivo nas imediações até de madrugada e as janelas possuem zero isolamento acústico, logo, foi complicado pegar no sono. Para concluir, na hora do pagamento o rapaz da recepção me disse que o Hotel não dividia no cartão de crédito a estadia, não lembro de ter sido avisado com antecedência. Tive que pagar em 1x apenas.

Fui a Teresina à trabalho em outubro de 2021 e o hotel me atendeu muito bem sendo confortável, limpo, organizado e com um ótimo café da manhã. Recomendaria para estadias não só de negócios mas para lazer também.
