The hotel is located just a few steps from the centre of Terni. Internal or underground parking is very useful, you have a remote control and key to be self-contained. Our apartment was made up of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and room, clean and well-treated. There are also 2 bottles of water, and Marco is very friendly and available in explaining the structure and giving information about the city. The hotel is very comfortable and quiet, 2 steps away from the centre. There were few and mini brioches, which had been half burned, and plump nights, which at the time of our breakfast (higher 8.05) had not been replaced, but had only remained 1. So a breakfast is not worth 5 euros more per head, or it must be understood or better do in a bar.
