Togwotee Mountain Lodge

DIS-GUST-ING!!! The only way this place is still open is because it’s 99% dudes that stay here. There was sewage leaking out from under the sink. It had been leaking long enough for the painted plywood to rot. The sheets are so old the surface is rough with balled up material. In the room next to ours the toilet would shoot water out into the floor when they would flush. Restaurant and snowmobile rental were good, but I wouldn’t stay here.

Cabin : as expected, a little dated but served its purpose. Gift shop : not open, hrs posted specifically say ( usually ) front desk girl did her best to open it to help disappointed guests. People waiting outside doors to get items to go riding. Restaurant: out of drinks , food undercooked , overpriced , not a decent choice selection , staff poor - poorly trained , no customer service skills , didn’t seem to know what was going on Rental: filled out pre waiver, asked to refill out, told to pay for insurance and extras at end, looked over sleds with guide but she wrote down things, then accused of dent in tunnel and said it was “ totaled” when we returned it , then said your all good you’ll get a call later. Then got a random charge to card after check out. No further communication. Didn’t want to clear things up on the spot. Zip tied brake lever on sled, brake light didn’t work. No snow flap on either sled & groomers had not been out on trails so trails were rough. After being told we were responsible for machine being totaled were told don’t stress about it - to enjoy your New Year’s Eve! Positives : cabins ok and girl at front desk went above her duties!

I got double charged from ******* and Cody Mountain Lodge. ******* booked a cabin that was not available for the trip. I had to settle for a lesser room.

The perfect place to stay between visiting Grand Teton and Yellowstone. The cabins were delightful and very well built. The onsite bar and dining options were perfect. The only downside was that the cabins didn’t have a door between the rest of the cabin and the bedroom.

Loved being able to prepare simple meals during our stay. The beds and room were comfortable and the staff helpful.

This property is in a good location close to Grand Teton not too far from Yellowstone. We enjoyed having our own cabin which was very spacious. When we were there in September the dinning hours were limited. Overall a great place to stay. Internet availability did go in and out frequently

Check in clerk was rude, arrived at 3pm after 9 hour drive and was no possibility of check in until 4pm breakfast was microwave jimmy dean sausage for $7.00 or yogurt for $6.00. Cabin was clean and nice

Multiple issues with site. Front desk was short and unclear on property information. Later when we called to ask about garbage removal we were abruptly told that they don’t do housekeeping and we could use the dumpsters in the back of the property. Mind you no garbage bags were found in cabin so again had to go to front desk. Resort fee? No services unsure what the resort fee is for? Coffee maker was not functioning and no coffee in the cabin except decaf. Such a cute place but definitely overpriced and would not recommend anyone go here based on the customer service alone.

The cabin was clean and cute. It did have the amenities needed. We felt like the price was too high for what you got though compared to the other places we stayed on our 10 day vacation. No ice machine and no breakfast at all except grab and go stuff that you were charged for. We didn't even go in to look at the grab and go because the prices were high on the sheet posted on the door. Nowhere close to eat dinner at in the area except at the lodge. The food was mediocre and pretty pricey. We did hear many complaints on the food as we sat in the dining room that night.
