Good, clean place to stay at an affordable rate. Property does show some signs of wear, but overall in good shape. Staff was very nice and helpful. Nice little exercise room.

Great salt water pool with no residual chlorine smell. Good machines in workout area. Excellent breakfasrlt with good coffee.
Convenient location with easy access to highways.

The staff was accommodating and friendly, however there were paper signs hanging all over the lobby with “rules” and information that made an otherwise cute area look tacky and cluttered. There was black mold on the caulk around the bathtub, which appeared to be due to a leak and moisture. There was also brown “crud” on the floor at the edge of the tub. The room needed painting as there were obvious paint touch up marks throughout and no art on the walls.

We stopped over for a night while passing thru Texarkana. … expecting to get a god night sleep . However the thermostat of HVAC was faulty which made it worse as I had keep switching between heat and fan modes. Was too late and tired to report to front desk.
This was after a room change at midnight due to a faulty door lock.

Hotel was okay. It was clean and staff was so sweet and helpful. My only complaints are that the pictures online showed a hottub. There is no hottub at this hotel. It also showed my king suit had a bathtub and it did not. I was a bit disappointed about the hottub as i specifically booked the hotel to relax and booked based on that amenity.

The staff was very good and friendly. Our only complaint was noise during the night, the rooms are definitely not soundproofed and one can hear walking around above us and doors opening and closing . The corners in the bathroom need cleaning and the plumbing could use some attention. People seemed to enjoy the pool and the breakfast has a lot of choices and refilled also kept clean by the gal in there. Everyone seems to be enjoying their work!

Overall was a pretty good stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the hotel wifi psswd wasn't working. The room was comfortable. A little disappointed that the hot tub was removed.
