Great hideaway for business or pleasure. Hidden just outside town, far enough to feel totally isolated, but still within 15 minutes of the local mall. Enjoy good meals and the Milky Way!

We had a marvellous stay at the Suite. With a very warm welcome by Monika and Dave. We had to get used to drive the 2 km dirt road with our Nissan Magnite. But went Well. Monika made us a nice dinner 3 evenings, so we could stay at the Lodge. My wife is affraid of dogs, but our hosts introduced her well with the dogs. We felt very relaxed an had a wonderful view of this part of Africa from our terrace. Will come back.

Marula Guest Cottage is a wonderful place in beautiful surroundings with warm hosts. We were given lots of tips, heard exciting stories and were treated to delicious food. After three days, it was hard to say goodbye and we will definitely be back.

Lovely retreat in nature with with exceptional hosts . Dave and Monika are friendly and caring . Breakfast made by Monika are recommended.

Beautiful stay in the bush, we enjoyed it very much! We had a good time at Marula Lodge, near to Marakele Nature Reserve. Monika and Dave are very friendly hosts.

I've stayed a Marula Cottage Guest Lodge a number of times. Why? Hosts deliver superb service and unrivaled hospitality. Food - complimentary breakfast and optional dinner - is delicious. Accommodation is spotless and includes all requisite contemporary amenities. Setting is tranquil. Wild life enthusiasts will appreciate 10 minute drive to one of South Africa's wonderful national parks.

Monika and Dave were warm and perfect hosts. All information about der lodge and the travel to it which were given in advance were very useful. We felt very comfortable. All our wishes were fulfilled. The lodge offers a marvellous view of the landscape. The food was prepared with skill and love. Jens & Heike
