I am giving a rating of 1 only because there is no zero rating. I had to stay there for a night on an official visit and really regretted the decision. It felt like a lodge with nice bathroom fittings. Other that the new taps, nothing was nice about the place. The towels looked as if they had been snatched out of a donkey's mouth. The sheets looked brown as if washed in gutter water. I was scared of getting some disease just by staying the night. The room was so tiny that I felt suffocated and kept the door open all night! There were no windows. Since the room was on the 27th floor, I expected great views and breeze, but instead got four damp walls! Breakfast was included, and it was a unique experience all by itself! the 25th floor is the refuge area, and in that they have placed a few tables and chairs as a ”restaurant”. The servers had no clue when the breakfast will start and what the menu was. There were no fans since it was the refuge area and they opened the sliding doors for air! All kinds of building and fire violations were happening. The lift on that floor could not be called from outside, so I walked down to 25th floor and then brought the lift up. Had to do the same with my luggage while checking out. No one around to ask or guide. Intercom was not working. The staircase had ”servants toilets” which were unimaginably dirty and piled with garbage. Thankfully I only had to spend 8 hours in the place and checked out as soon as I could. To think that my company paid 4000 for this!

Breakfast fried noodles are OK, suitable for Chinese

The restaurant is good and the food is ok. The service is also good. The service staff greets me again and will come again next time. The location is quiet and the taxi is convenient. There is nothing to browse around, which is suitable for living next to you.

Special thanks to Mr. Hi***shu verma. Food is amazing.we conducted corporate meeting in byke plaza... I will give 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ star... And surely recommend . Thanks a lot for the service. Banquet services are really up to the mark... Again I would say staff is, really helping.

I was stayed here total 15 days in the month of Feb'24. The food was very good and staff is very kind behavior. It was wonderful service provided by Hotel Yogi Executive Team, and helpful services provided by front office staff Wilson and Chhaya. Thank you for your best services.

this is the 4th time i’m staying at this hoteland it was wonderful experience as always. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants downside. within walking distance. All staffs are friendly and helpful in nature specially Ritika who has helped us out with smooth checkin and checkout. Would definitely stay there again.

Would like to visit every time I come to Thane , hospitality was good with the varieties of different types of food with good taste and the Ambience was very good with everyone at service for whatever we wanted
