I am writing about the buffet breakfast we went to from our hospital as a celebration post a conference we attended. We were told it cost 1600 and they would give us a discount. No mention that if we got a discount, it would be a working lunch! The spread was the worst I have ever seen. The desserts were awful. On the next table was a group who had paid the full amount and were constantly being served starters etc which were “ not for our discounted” table. Never has a 5 star treated us like the way we were. Just feel very cheated and humiliated, especially since our hospital staff are regular customers there. The FN B ***ager didn’t even bother to apologise but kept saying it was a working lunch! Such a awful working lunch in a 5 star place? Marriott group needs to look into this. Their reputation is at stake

I really appreciate the service, food and ambiance. Budget friendly place. I really appreciate service provided by Mr. ***oj patil, Mr. Saikat Ghosh, and Mr. Prajit Kadam. Special thanks to Mr. Hi***shu verma. Food is amazing.we conducted corporate meeting in byke plaza... I will give 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ star... And surely recommend . Thanks a lot for the service. Banquet services are really up to the mark... Again I would say staff is, really helping.
