I just had to leave a review after such an amazing experience! The "Tropical" drink we had at the restaurant was absolutely delicious—the coconut flavor was incredible, and the morning coconut drink from the warm and friendly manager was unforgettable. Every single staff member made our stay special. The front desk team was incredibly kind and fluent in languages (we even chatted a bit in Chinese!). A special shout-out to the lovely waitress who loves Korea, the cheerful chef in his chef's hat, and the true gentleman in the blue dress shirt with the great hairstyle. Thank you all for giving us the most wonderful and happy start to our honeymoon!

Loved our stay at Bliss Hoi An! This was my first time in Vietnam, and this place felt so peaceful and heartwarming. Beautiful grounds, lotus ponds, coconut trees, ocean breeze…The ocean being right in front of the hotel was incredible. There were 40-50 fishermen early in the morning bringing in the catch and my Dad had fun getting pictures of them and all the fish! I loved just floating in the infinity pool looking out at the sea and clouds for hours. Mom is usually scared of the water because she can’t swim, but she had a nice time in the large sized jacuzzi. Such a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast food was refreshing and healthful, the shuttle into Hoi An everyday was very helpful, and the spa treatments were wonderful (definitely recommend the bamboo stick massage). But honestly, what I will remember most is the warmth of the staff here. Every single person was so kind, attentive, present, and genuine. Everyone from the management to the cleaning staff, restaurant staff, Executive Chef, shuttle drivers, security, pool and spa staff, busboys, and landscapers supported us with such warmth and kindness, greeting us with beautiful smiles everyday. When we first got to the hotel and checked in, we notes that the size of the room was not accurately published on trip.com - it is smaller in reality. The management upgraded us to larger rooms as soon as they were available. We appreciated our time here very much and won’t forget the kindness of the people. Sounds cheesy, but you can really feel the heart of Bliss here. It made such an impression on me. Thank you Bliss Hoi A for such a lovely experience. 💛

Excellent service and nice breakfast.Pool and beach were great! View was nice. Beach was kind of private for the resort which was great since it was less crowded.Far from Hoi An but they have a free shuttle every few hours. Airport pickup and drop off was extra but very easy.

Great location, 20 minutes from Ha Noi old city. 5 minutes from golf Vinpearl, 1:15 hours from Da Nang airport

A long review as I just have to tell everyone to book The Bliss! This place is truly amazing, every single detail, I mean even the floors are beautiful! Pool: Amazing large infinity pool, more than enough sunbeds for everyone, huge garden with more sun-beds under the palm trees. Spa: The techniques of the massages are clear that these lovely ladies have excellent training! Beautiful spa and the prices are in a range that you can have one every day! Food and service: Amazing staff, Buu at the front desk is so kind and professional. Delicious breakfast, fantastic range and overall great food! The hotel is just so beautiful and the atmosphere is so relaxing, after 3 days it felt like I was there a week - truly a place to relax! Excellent tour options, free bicycles and yoga daily included! I will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Bliss Hotel. The service was outstanding! It was great to be able to communicate via WhatsApp instantly. Our room was clean, big, and had an amazing balcony overlooking the ocean. The pool area is serene and feels like paradise, and the spa is very professional and relaxing. Although it’s a bit far from the city, the free daily shuttles are a huge help. The gym is a little basic, but they offer free yoga, tai chi, and a sauna room to make up for it. A perfect, relaxing getaway for me and my son.
