Reviews of Palm Hotel Thanh Hoa

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I found a cockroach in my room and reported it to the front desk. They told me there were no available rooms and that I would have to wait until the next day to switch. After reluctantly agreeing to stay one more night, another cockroach appeared in the room. Only after reporting it again did they finally agree to move me to a different room. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable, and I would not recommend staying here

Very good room service and counter service

I'm traveling in Vietnam for 20 days 1. The room was not cleaned properly and there was a lot of cement dust on the floor due to construction in the hallway in front of the door, so I moved rooms, but since they assigned me to a room that had been empty for a long time, the cleaning condition was the worst, and the water quality was especially bad. The shower filter was darker than poop. (For reference, the water quality of the accommodation 3km away was good, so I learned for the first time that the water quality in the same area can vary greatly) 2. You shouldn't eat breakfast. Usually, there are no flies on vegetables, but when you pick them up with tongs, bugs fly around. The taste and quality are also very poor. 3. It seems like they don't know the words service and greeting. When I visit, they don't even say hello, they just sit there and stare blankly. They played the invisible man.

特に問題なく滞在できました。近くにはスーパー、飲食店、公園があり便利。古い建物は仕方ないとしてもエレベーター床が割れていて不快。朝食は美味しく頂けました。フロント対応、良くも悪くもありません。また次回出張時に使用します

安くていいホテルです。向かいには大きなsupermarketがあり便利。ただ、連泊での朝ごはんはちょっときついかも

시설은 조금 낡았지만 직원들 친절하고 아침 조식도 나름 만족했다. 다음에 다시 탄호아 여행 온다며 다시 숙박할 생각이다
