The highlight of our stay was definitely the stunning view from our room and balcony—absolutely amazing. The location couldn’t have been better, with most attractions within walking distance. Watching the Vivid Light Show from the comfort of our balcony was a particularly memorable experience. However, the room itself was quite dated and in need of refurbishment. The carpet was noticeably worn with dark patches, and parts of the bathroom were peeling. On the plus side, housekeeping did service the room daily, which was appreciated. One downside was the misleading information about parking. Although the website mentioned parking, there was none available on-site. We had to use Wilson's parking next door, which came at a steep price. All in all, I’d recommend this hotel for the location and views alone, but be prepared for a room that’s seen better days.

An older hotel, the room was clean, except the carpet needed replacing. Our balcony didnt have a very nice view, as we were only on the 2nd floor. The location was brilliant, they had a little sitting area just to the side of the pool which was very handy for us while we waited for late flight.

The best part was the location. It’s in a very old building. There was no view. Room was very basic but clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a floor level change from kitchenette to bedroom of an inch. Could be a tripping hazard. We kept the bathroom light on all night to remind us if the level change. Staff was cordial.

This hotel’s location was absolutely perfect, very near to Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge, restaurants, shops and jetty’s terminals. The room itself was a bit musty due to old carpets and poor ventilation but besides that it was great.

Everything in the room was so old and dirty! The carpet, the sofa, the showerhead, ... The bed mattress and sheets were the only clean items in the room. Some even looked disgusting! I asked for a pair of slippers so I don't have to walk barefoot on the dirty carpet after I took a shower, but funny enough, the reception told me they were "out of stock"!!! To add to the excitement, after the daily housekeeping, I noticed that the toilet bowl was not cleaned! I wanted to take photos of all these but some were so disgusting that I didn't want to put myself in a situation to have to look at them again!
