Our home has an open and inviting floor plan and is perfect for entertaining. The home is done in neutral hardwood flooring, new paint and the Master Bedroom has a king size bed.It has a large open kitchen with lots of cupboards, has a full length bar/counter with 3 barstools and an ample pantry closet and a separate dining table.The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and furnished with a chest and dresser with mirror. There is a large walk-in closet with plenty of storage. You can also step outside onto the glassed-in lanai for a breath of fresh Florida air. There is a large patio with chairs along with a sun lounger located on the back patio. The Guest Bedroom (second bedroom) has a queen size bed.The Master Bathroom has a large walk-in shower and the Guest Bathroom has a full size tub and shower. The Guest Bedroom and Bathroom can be separated from the main living area by simply closing a pocket door for complete privacy. The Living Room is open to the kitchen as well as to the glassed-in lanai. Sleeper sofa for added sleeping room in the living room.The screened-in lanai is a wonderful addition to the home as it provides a nice area to eat, entertain or relax but you are still protected. The full length glass windows may be opened to screens to let the air into the room.
