Best Four Star Hotels in Thessaloniki

If I have the chance to go to Thessalonica again, I will definitely stay again. The service is very considerate: the front desk will take the initiative to help check the time and fare of the long-distance bus (even reminding the discount), the 5 euro sandwich can also be full, and the ingredients are rich; the breakfast is exquisite and rich, served until 11:30, enough for brunch; Consult the nearby food and directly recommend a super classic and cost-effective restaurant👍 This is a hotel that treats its guests as friends, and can get the feeling of being taken care of.

Very nice hotel, in a perfect location allowed us to find easily spots such as museums, churches, restaurants etc within walking distance. Comfortable and clean rooms. Compliments to all the staff!!

Although the Monastery is not famous for the quality of the environment it offers, it is a convenient area with a 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of Thessaloniki. The hotel offers a comfortable service, daily hygiene, the expected breakfast even a parking space. The rooms are qualitative and beautiful when the hotel is not complete, because then you may find a less comfortable room. The price benefit ratio is excellent

the service was okay. the people working in the hotel very kind and helpful . But , the hotel needs restoration . looks quite old, and dark. some things are broken etc . i stayed in this hotel also 2013 ... now it lookes much older and not so well maintained . Also the music in the breakfast room was too loud and not agreable stile for starting the day i would prefer something calmer . The breakfast was in general okay exept that i would prefer some more local , original Greek cheeses not these ordinary packed cheeses that are not Greek . Althought this horel is in best area , very central and the working people are very kind it has a dark impression to me , i would prefer to lighten up a bit the colours in the corridors to lift up the spirit . in the night there was also a lot of noise from some foreign customers and that was quite annoying . We stayed here for 4 nights as a base for visiting Thessaloniki. The hotel is well located on a busy central street. If you want to use the airport bus, it stops right outside. Our city view room was modern and clean, with good facilities. We had a comfortable big bed, fridge, safe, air conditioning and a bathroom with a large shower and a full range of toiletries. There was a coffee machine in the room, you could buy pods if you wanted to use it. The electric blinds were blackout blinds, so the room was nice and dark at night. The windows were effective at keeping out the noise of the traffic. The only issue with the room for us was that after the recent hotel renovation, you still cannot put toilet paper in the toilet, you have to use the bin next to it. Breakfast was good with a big selection of food including cereal, fruit, bread, meat, cheese, hot items, cake and pastries. The staff were helpful. There was a rooftop bar with a good view over the city. I would certainly stay here again if I return to Thessaloniki.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. The location is excellent as it is only a few minutes from the White Tower. Our room was a good size and very clean. However there was no where to put a large suitcase. The shelf where a suitcase could have been put was blocked off by a full length mirror. Whilst a full length mirror is great it is a real shame they have chosen to effectively limit the use of the shelving. We put one suitcase on the desk and had to have the other one on the floor. There was also a faint smell of food in the room. We noticed that the cleaners always left a window in the room ajar and wondered if this was to try and get rid of the food smell. The bathroom was also an OK size but unfortunately it was impossible to have a shower without wetting the bathroom floor. They have an agreement with a local car park operator and we parked our car there. When we first saw the car park we were a bit hesitant. We had to drive the car onto a circular disk and the car disappeared down an elevator. We had never experienced a car park like this but it did all work OK. I had asked for the price of parking when I first booked and I was told it would be 10€. When we arrived it was 13€. I appreciate things do increase but it would have been considerate if they had said this rather than just say it’s 13€. We had intended to take the breakfast option but when we saw the room and spoke to the staff we decided against this for the following reasons: 1. There was no table and chairs in the room to eat breakfast. We would have had to balance it on our lap on the bed. 2. The earliest time we could get breakfast was 8.30am. We wanted to be out and about by this time. 3. We were concerned that the hot food would not be hot by the time we received it. To be perfectly honest we are simply amazed that a 4 star hotel would expect people to eat breakfast on their laps. The female who checked us in gave us a lot of information. In fact, so much that it was overwhelming. We would have preferred detailed information about fewer things. The gentleman who was there when we were settling our bill (the evening before we checked out) gave us good information about leaving the car park. He understood the need for detailed information. I booked this hotel almost 5 months prior to our stay. Just over 2 months before our stay I emailed the hotel to notify them that the credit card I had used to confirm the booking had been compromised and cancelled by the bank and was there a secure way I could update the credit card. They had no options. I ended up cancelling the booking and rebooking. Thankfully the rate was still the same. Whilst I understand their need for a credit card I did not receive such an unhelpful response from any other hotel. We are away for about 2 months and have just over 20 bookings. With some other hotels I could update the details securely online, some phoned me via WhatsApp, some phoned me at home prior to leaving and almost half were ha

The hotel is located in the most central location in Egnatia at the height of Aristotle. Nevertheless, it has very good sound insulation and sleeping is like sleeping in the countryside. Everything was at your feet. The room was suite 104. It was very comfortable, clean and modern, with a full minibar and lots of toiletries. I was given a 10 minute welcome massage as a gift which was amazing. Dimitris, who gave me the massage, showed me around the spa area, which I enjoyed, and suggested a facial treatment, which I did the next day and it really was amazing. Breakfast adequate. The staff is kind. My stay in Thessaloniki was made more beautiful by my stay at this hotel.

Superb apartments and excellent facilities. Great location The room was immaculate and very well appointed, everything you could need and very stylish. The gym was really great and I enjoyed working out with a huge and very effective fan full blast. The really winner was the help we had from Eleni who was on the front desk. She was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, including helping us with our onward journey. We will definitely come again and heartily recommend these apartments.

Not only they welcome us and our dogs with yummy treats when we arrived we walked into a fab room with a dog bed (per dog) which was definitely posher than ones we have at home 🐾 - Hotel: Super high ceiling elegantly, recently and brilliantly refurbished. Everything is brand new, super efficient and you definitely get more than you need 🥇 - Room: Well, from the quality of the materials, linens and so on our rooms had one of those showers you don’t want to walk out from 🔝 Overall we can’t wait to visit this favorite hotel and lovely city again 🤞🏩❤️

The building is renovated with 5 floors with rooms of different sizes. We stayed in the 5th (executive 2 bedroom apartments with jacuzi shower) suite, which is ideal for 4-member family. About 100 meter with two bedrooms, a separate playroom, a patio, a washing machine and modern furniture. In the bathroom there was a bath and a shower. On the other side there was a supermarket and a parallel street working 24-hour garage that suited the car. The reception has specific hours of operation, but if you get there after them they leave instructions for entering the room. The cleaning is at the disposal of the tenant, that is, whether the room will be cleaned or if they will change only towels, etc. We will definitely stay there again if we visit Thessaloniki.
