It was our first time at MonAsty and we enjoyed the warm welcome by the whole team the moment we arrived. We were showed to our room which was quiet as requested and had a modern interior. During our stay we noticed a small issue with the water temperature which was addressed promptly. There was a nightly live music at the bar downstairs which was not intrusive. I noticed that the small entrance area equipped with a couple of tables was well liked by guests and locals who came here to have coffee which made the scenery more lively. What really stood out was the hospitality of the staff and especially Ms. Vana who went above and beyond to organize a dinner reservation for us at a unique location. Since it was on Dec. 29 most of the places were booked already and it was only due to her that we were able to celebrate with our friends in this memorable spot. As highlighted by others the location in the center of the city is a major advantage for shopping, sightseeing and dining. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back hopefully soon.

Lovely hotel, fantastic location! The hotel was very comfortable, the staff extremely friendly, helpful and eager to please. Any request was responded to immediately. Lots of little creature comforts. The room was spacious, the bathroom, albeit not appropriate for people that guard their privacy, was well-equipped. The location was walking distance to almost every site we wanted to see, every restaurant we visited, shopping, etc.

Perfectly located, luxury, historic hotel in the centre of the City. Our good-sized room had coastal views, a supremely-comfortable bed and marble bathroom. Great wifi. Quiet. Stocked minibar : good to see that peculiar hotel Covid paranoia finally over. Coffee and tea- making facilities provided, though only instant coffee - which was disappointing, perhaps more standard in Greece? The buffet breakfast at the rooftop restaurant / bar was generous, varied and provided a spectacular visita to start the day. (Remember to ask for Americano rather than black coffee so you get a barrista beverage). Other guests: couples and adult groups of all ages and nationalities.

When you push the door, you can smell the faint scent of the bedding after washing. The operator’s design and decoration can be seen everywhere in the entire building. The breakfast exceeded expectations, and I was served with homemade rose sauce. The front desk is warm and friendly and provides all kinds of help and services at any time. A 10-minute walk from the central main street.

This is a lovely traditional hotel in a great location all the staff are very friendly and welcoming...the room was spotlessly clean.. towels changed daily and bedding changed even though I was only there a few nights. Dimitris and Stefanos were always willing to chat offering very helpfuln advice on how to navigate the city to visit the many beautiful churches and places of historical interest...I would certainly return to this beautiful vibrant city and most definitely stay at this hotel again..

Overall my experience was good and I have to say it was relatively good value for the money. As I was not expecting something special I won't mention the size and the furniture in the room, but I have to say the bath was really tight. Wi-Fi was fair and I had not problems connecting. The people working on the front desk are helpful, when approached. The location is more then perfect. Now the bed thing about the hotel is that you can hear what is going on in the near rooms and it is somewhat annoying and disturbing. I had the feeling, that the hotel isn't very safe with all the screaming and yelling all around my room. Overall, if you don't have a lot of money and want to stay in a central hotel, this hotel is not a bad choice. I will give 4 stars, because of the location and prices.

We have spent some nights in this beautiful hotel . Our room was the biggest and brightest ever . Cleaning perfect . So near the major eating pedestrian area of Katouni . Staff at reception were so lovely and cheerful . Stergios. Alexandra. Anastasia were great . Our room was in the quiet area at the back . Breakfast perfect for Irish people . Thanks to the entire staff . We loved it all .

We booked a group of 14 rooms for a social event in September 2021. The whole process of enquiring and booking was seamless and Zoe and the rest of the staff were very quick to respond to enquiries and requests. The feedback from all our guests, who stayed minimum two nights at the hotel, was excellent, regarding hotel location, cleanliness, staff and general condition. The location is great as everything is in walking distance and most rooms have very interesting views. Would definitely recommend for independent travel and groups.
