Good hotel for business travellers in Trivandrum , in ghetto heart of the city

Had a pleasant stay, buffer was excellent and the room was squeaky clean, rebooking it again today.

It’s an old hotel but certain rooms are renovated. Room given was large and good. Washroom was very compact, Could have been much better. Shower - No hot water in the morning and also shower cabin was open and water was flowing outside making it totally wet. While I didn’t have breakfast didn’t want to comment about it. With what I saw and had experience with the staff it’s more of a 3-Star property and was not worth for the cost I paid I similar to a 5 Star hotel. Location is good

It's well located, rather busy but well managed property. I contacted staff earlier. They were polite & helpful. Our flight reached quite late , around 9.40pm.. Just in time to hv Dinner. Meanwhile, the reception staff has kindly upgraded the room. Of special help was the ref the Cab Co, Mr Sreejesh, 83040 04000. Cherry Trvls. Both drivers were good. Rates reasonable.

I had a really good stay at The Residency Tower in Trivandrum. The location is perfect—right in the city center, super close to everything. The staff were friendly and very helpful, which made the experience even better. Rooms were spacious, neat, and comfy. I loved the rooftop restaurant (great food and nice city views!) and the pool was a bonus. Breakfast had plenty of options and kept me full until lunch. On the flip side, some of the interiors feel a bit dated, and the Wi-Fi setup could be easier. Service at the restaurant was a little slow at times, but nothing major. Overall, it’s a solid hotel with great service and value for money. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in Trivandrum.

Kerala cuisine was good for dinner, just about 15 minutes' drive from Airport. Monsoon Rains made the weather lovable. all in all it was a very comfortable stay.

Good stay at The Residency Tower, Trivandrum. Room is excellent and the staff service is very good. The bathroom accessories are poor and need to be improved. The shower gel kept is not good and must be put up for change. The soap quality also needs to be improved. Food was tasty and very good. Another major issue was the intermittent power cuts (no consistent power supply) which had disturbed my sleep.

I got a free upgrade to suite and it was a nice gesture by the hotel. This property is located in heart of the city and has access to many restaurants nearby. The staff were polite and spread of breakfast was also good. Price is also very reasonable for this kind of hotel. Worth the money spent.

Perfect location, Good hotel, excellent food, friendly staf. Hotel is just 2km from temple, spacious room, good room service, bar facility also available and thanks to front office staff for smooth check inn. But furniture is very old needs improvement

Room 1117 staying for 5 days and stayed in a well maintained room with very nice food. location is at Chennai which also have an excellent housekeeping team with excellent service MR jagadeesh supervisor mr satish very neat clean my room thank you
