Heard reviews of car thefts at the parking lot that got us worried but there was none of it during our stay. Car park was pretty well lit. The room we got initially had a broken door that couldn’t lock so we had to pack up and move to another room. Happy that the hotel upgraded us a suite as they were not able to find a room that had the same layout as the one we booked.

Only stayed for a night on the way to Vancouver. Easy check in, Comfortable beds and nice shower. Would recommend if booking in advance and price is ok.

I went there at end of March and the hotel was under renovation. The room was just simple. I found that they didn’t have enough man power and the privacy of the room is low because I could hear what ppl did in the next door while sleeping at mid-night. I had to call the reception twice in order to get the things I need such as toothbrush, hair dryer, etc.

Very clean, 4 minutes away from save on food, very convenient, there are several ramen restaurants nearby that are very delicious! The only thing that is not ideal is that check in is slow

Good location, very convenient, almost in the city center and very quiet. It's a pity that the breakfast package was ordered, but it was actually a voucher of 11 yuan. But enough food, good service.
