Hotel is clean and organized with own bathroom and kitchenette. Good view. Feels like home.

Spacious and clean. The location is perfect and the car rental is just around the corner.

Enjoyed the stay again as a returning visitor! The location is good for commute and groceries for long stays! There is a big Asian supermarket, everything you need for craving for, can be found there, and they open late too! The place can be reached on foot via underground parking at P1, perfect for snow storm days! Staff at frontdesk and on floors are polite and helpful. Just peaceful!

I have stayed at this hotel many times before, but my most recent experience was absolutely terrible. The customer service has gone downhill completely. Staff were shockingly rude, hostile, and unhelpful throughout my stay. Their attitude was unacceptable and made the whole experience stressful and unpleasant. To make matters worse, the room was dirty and clearly not maintained to previous standards. It is disappointing to see how much this place has changed. The acting manager was also completely unprofessional and showed no concern for guests’ issues. They treated us with complete disrespect and made us feel unwelcome from start to finish. To make things worse, the room was dirty and far from the standard it used to be. For a hotel that charges $450 a night, this level of service is disgraceful. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would.

Very convenient location. Very spatious suites. Free indoor parking included. Cleanliness need to be improved
