We stayed at this motel and location a number of times due to it proximity to the SAN Hospital. The bed is alway comfortable which to us is the most important part of any stay at a motel. There is ample parking with a small charge to park on site.

Fast check in and very helpful staffs. The WiFi in room is good that I found no issues for virtual meetings.

Good location close to Nice restaurants. The only downside is that you get charged $10 for parking if you're not an Accor member.

It is near to the train station and having one of the lowest gas station BP selling 91 at 1.59 at my time of writing. The bath room kind of funny in the way it is constructed like a cruise cabin type of bath room. The knocking sound can be heard clearly in the sleeping area too.
