Decent room, I've stayed for 4 months there. The main problem here is the parking lot. I have received in those 4 months a total of 15 parking tickets, as the company that handle the parking is a 3rd party. They did cancelled those after a bit of a hassle, but a month after I left I received another ticket, £100. A ticket for 20th of Dec 2025, issued on 20th of March, imagine. I called reception and let them know, they said they will cancel it. They did not, and never picked my calls or emails ever again. This was not an isolated issue, as I was going back and forth to reception to cancel the tickets, there were always a stack of tickets on the counter for reception to process it. They will cancel it while you stay there, but if you already left, you will pay a ticket for sure. AVOID! If you really have to stay there, make sure you don't park inside!!!

Liked - Price was cheap for the area. Parking was free and they were accommodating for the car to be parked ahead of check in. Luggage room was made available and the staff were polite. Family room was spacious and heated. Disliked - Not a welcoming reception desk - by that I mean decor looked more like I was about to be booked into a police custody suite and have my fingerprints taken, than be booked in for a hotel stay. On route to our room the carpets in the corridors were dirty and the same dirt was present 24 hours later. The rooms were clean, but not well cleaned - by that I mean there could have been more attention to detail (shower head descaled, muck cleaned off the side of the desk chair, bathroom lock was broken). A weird set up in the room where there was a sink, hob and fridge - yet the fridge was not on, no cutlery / plates, saucepans, or anything to accompany that area to make it useable and no dining seating, even if you did make a meal.

Don’t stay here!!! Dirty and unsafe! I booked for 2 nights and changed my room 3 x on arrival. Eventually I said I can’t stay here, they said ‘ lots of people do this’ and agreed to refund my stay. I had to find somewhere else to stay at 21.30 at night. They only refunded 50% of my stay and ignored all my emails of complaints! I will never ever book an ibis hotel without checking the reviews ! I trusted the good name ibis , and I have stayed in many ibis hotels. They have all been lovely except this one! This one was terrible with door handles hanging off. Look at the photos!
