First off the front, Dess was very rude he sent me to the basement, which is fine I went into the room, and the room was crawling with roaches I asked for another room, he had an attitude, so I said, never mind I gave him my paper and left If anything, I would like a room with no roaches, please

Good price and get what you pay for but could be worse honestly

Overall an okay stay. Convenient location just off I-25, with easy access to Denver Premium Outlets and nearby shopping areas. Basic amenities, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Good value if you're looking for a simple, budget-friendly stop near Thornton or just north of Denver.

Staff have been great very understanding very helpful

Almost perfect. Awesome quiet place with little drama. They have a decent breakfast which was helpful since food was sparse for me. Super nice people, almost family. I had one minor incident but compared to the rest of an excellent stay, it's not worth mentioning. Highly recommended.

Overall, the staff were the only consistently positive aspect of my stay, and they were genuinely helpful and courteous throughout. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms left much to be desired and clearly needs significant updating. The first room I was assigned had a strong smoke odor that made it unbearable to stay in. After being moved, the second room had a poorly sealed window with a noticeable gap to the outside… large enough to fit my fingers through… which was both uncomfortable and concerning. The third room was cleaner and more comfortable, but still had maintenance issues: the hot and cold water were reversed, and the shower faucet leaked heavily. While I ultimately had a clean and reasonably comfortable place to rest, the repeated room problems significantly detracted from the experience and overshadowed the otherwise excellent service provided by the staff.

Lobby and hall ways smelled like weed(pot). Hair all over the bathroom. Heater was suck on high. It was either extremely hot or cold
