ELLMAN Boutique Hotel

I stayed at this hotel while on a business trip to Ho Chi Minh City. It was clean and tidy, and overall better than similar hotels in the area. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located in an industrial area of ​​Singapore. The room is large with a big window and great natural light. The room includes meals and drinks, and a refrigerator (which is very nice and quiet; as someone who appreciates aesthetics, I want one too, and I'll buy one for my bedroom later). The mattress is very comfortable, and the pillows and bedding are excellent. I slept very well; I haven't slept this well in days.

The room was spacious and bright, so we stayed another night. The room was very clean.

I used this hotel for a business trip. It's a clean hotel, having just opened in 2025. While you can hear noise from the next room quite clearly, I was satisfied considering the price. There's a GS25 convenience store nearby, and a cafe across from it that's open early in the morning; their iced Americano was delicious. The Trip.com listing said breakfast wasn't included, but they provided a simple meal (porridge, mantou, one side dish, stir-fried vegetables, xiaolongbao, etc.). It seemed to be included in the stay and was free. The nearby shopping street is quite lively, making it fun to stroll around. If you can use Grab, there's a restaurant called Happy Ramen about 1km away where you can enjoy Japanese flavors like ramen and tonkatsu set meals. It seems to be formerly owned by a Japanese person, and the noodles are homemade, so they were delicious.

It's clean and hygienic, and all the equipment is new. The only drawback is that the water pressure is too low. There's no hot water on the 6th floor, and when I notified the front desk, they just told me to talk to the company, but they didn't do anything about it!
