Nice hotel location nearby the lake. Not so far from train station. The room quite big, have small balcony. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Nice view of lake and mountains. Recommended for staying for everyone.

Towels were a little dirty. There were some dirty marks on it, probably didn't clean properly. Room was fine though slightly small. Lake view was nice

Service: I also encountered the problem of random deductions. When I checked in, the hotel said that it would only deduct city tax, but at 7 o'clock the next morning, they directly deducted more than 1,800 room fees without my consent. Had a girls' trip - we felt taken care of 💅 Very welcoming and professional staff, delicious (star-worthy) dinner, great cocktails, relaxing spa with saunas that definitely are approved by us, the Nordic people. Perfect location and comfortable rooms. The hotel has attention to detail and the whole stay felt just amazing!

It is a very nice hotel. Position is great. However the administration was very poor. I was charged a deposit on each room which was not explained in the booking process. I’m was told it would be refunded. Over two weeks later and two emails no refund yet. It’s just irritating having to deal with this. For that reason I would stay somewhere else.

Hotel changed a former grandlit room which is rather small to a double bed room and increased the price quite a lot. It is a tiny room and not worth the money. Also communication was really really bad during the booking process. It took several weeks to get a clear feedback while my friends were already able to book immediately. I was put on a waiting list and did not get a proper response despite several emails asking for clarification. We also stayed in this hotel last year, staff can be pretty unfriendly and friends were only allowed to access their room far after the check in time. In essence, bad client service, awful communication style... Clearly disavantaged as a solo traveller.
