This place combines the best of Chalet for nice family weekend or mini-trip as well as business trips. Very flexible and client-focused. There is mini sport room with a sauna and hammam - very conviennent. Rooms combine the charm of local style: wood, mountain deco and the modern elements that any business travellers require: TV with international channels, comfortable shower and bath. The place is quiet and personnel is very flexible for late and early departure. Restaurant is a must test in the region.

We stopped here en route from Italy to the UK, we normally stop in Courmayeur but as it was completely out of season the majority of the hotels were closed, so we drove on for another hour and found this hotel. We had a room that was small (and very clean) with a bath and shower screen but the shower head was not fixed to the wall, so you have to wash one handed as you hold the shower in the other hand! The rooms are not sound proofed and you can hear lots of movement around the hotel. We were not keen on the faux fur throws and scatter cushions on the beds at this time in the middle of the pandemic, so we removed them as we got into the room. The meal was good as was the wine list and a nice self service, continental breakfast. If we found ourselves in a similar situation again with no where else to stay we would consider going back. We travel extensively on this route, staying in four and five star hotels. We consider this to be a reasonable 3 star, not a 4 star hotel (maybe next time with a little less eyebrow raising from the receptionist when we ask for help with our luggage).

Ambiance chaleureuse, menu du jour recherché et raffiné, excellent rapport qualité/prix. Cuisine riche de saveurs , les plats sont joliment présentés et la carte est variée. De l espace entre les tables qui permet de préserver l intimité. A recommander !

Dans le cadre d'une réunion commerciale, nous avons eu l'occasion de séjourner à la Ferme du Lac et de manger à plusieurs reprise Au Vieux Chalet, le restaurant de l'hôtel. Que ce soit l'accueil (le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse et très efficace), la qualité des plats proposés au restaurant (aussi bien au déjeuner qu'au dîner), le charme et le décor des chambres, nous ne pouvons que grandement recommander cet établissement.

C’est vraiment un endroit idéal si vous êtes de passage ou en loisir. L’endroit est chaleureux et cocoon. Le personnel tres sympathique et arrangeant. Il devient mon hôtel de passage quand je suis dans la région. Au alentour de belle balade pour se vider la tête.

Bon rapport qualité prix Bien placé, calme, propre. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Borne de recharge 10€ Accueil du samedi soir très technique et pas très chaleureux… Nous n’avons pas pu tester le restaurant qui était complet : il faut visiblement le réserver à l’avance.

Je déconseille fortement! Accueil pas sourient, nous sommes arrivés à 13h30 habituellement les hôtels fond le check in à 14h eu à 16h!! Le restaurant on nous conseille pas de réserver en arrivent donc avec des enfants nous étions obligés de nous déplacer à trouver d'autres restaurant! Petite déjeuner, nous somme arrivés à 9h30 Plus riens!! Le buffet meme pas chargé salade de fruits qui date de 2 jours! Et la blague de l'année on nous appel à 11h30 pour dire il faut libérer la chambre pour 10h30!!!!!! En plus c'est noter hôtel 4 étoiles au total ça nous a coûter 200euro pour la nuit. C'est noter que la piste de Sommand et à 9km mais en réalité 27km et 40 minutes de route.

Après un accueil excellent vendredi soir à notre arrivée, nous avons été très nettement moins bien accueilli ce matin au moment de régler la note. Je voulais une facture séparée pour les boissons de notre repas d'hier soir (j'ai amené 4 couples à loger 1 nuit, et 8 personnes pour le diner). En conclusion, l'association que je représente voulait offrir les boisons au groupe et de ce fait, je vais être obligée de payer personnellement. Hier soir, au service restaurant, j'avais bien demandé de séparer nos 2 repas et avoir une facture à part pour les boissons de la table. Dommage pour ce matin.

Chambre propre mais petite sans un vrai lit 2 places. Vue sur le toit avec bruit de la hôte du restaurant. Signalement de certains petits problèmes tels que lampe de chevet et radio HS non résolus en 5 jours ! Restaurant trop cher qualité /prix. Le personnel est gentil mais inexistant… pas de bonjour ni au revoir spontané (même le jour du départ). Globalement très déçu par rapport à l’annonce ! Hôtel recommandé pour une nuit ou deux tout au plus.
