I'm absolutely won over by the service at this Air-Rail Business Hotel! From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was incredibly pleasant. The staff member (Auntie) was so warm and professional; she patiently answered all my questions during check-in and even proactively upgraded my room, which was a wonderful surprise! The airport shuttle service was punctual and thoughtful – the driver contacted me in advance, helped with my luggage, and drove very smoothly, making me feel completely at ease. The room was clean and tidy, and they replenished the bottled water and toiletries daily, showing great attention to detail. Any issues I had were resolved promptly. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a super comfortable stay. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to transport, and it offers fantastic value for money. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Tianjin!
