It's been a long time since I've given a hotel such a low score... The price simply doesn't match the quality! It doesn't feel like a hotel of this caliber at all... 1. The lobby drinks were never changed; the orange juice tasted spoiled. 2. They advertised a complimentary self-service coffee in the lobby, but there was nothing of the sort. It was pure deception. 3. The room was incredibly hot, especially on the top floor. The air conditioning barely worked, making it impossible for us to sleep. We had to open the windows to get some relief. 4. The mini-fridge in the room was useless; it had virtually no cooling effect and was very disappointing. 5. Breakfast was very mediocre. Several stir-fried dishes were cold and not kept warm. The staff seemed clueless and couldn't answer any questions. 6. There were obvious places in the room where luggage storage should have been, but there was nothing. We had nowhere to put our luggage except on the floor. This is completely unacceptable for a normal star-rated hotel; it felt like a budget motel, or even worse. Compared to the hotel we stayed at near the South Station the night before, even though it wasn't part of a major chain, that hotel was so much better! The only good thing about this place is that it's within walking distance to the outlets. Otherwise, there's absolutely nothing positive about it. I will not be coming back! Avoid at all costs!

The front desk service was fantastic, and they even offered free airport pick-up and drop-off. They gave a small gift when we checked out, which my child absolutely loved. The room was great, and breakfast was good too. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the airport with a pick-up service, which is very convenient for business trips. The breakfast is also plentiful and quite delicious. The front desk staff were quick and enthusiastic during check-in. The room was very quiet. I will choose this hotel again next time.

Had some business here and saw this hotel had great reviews, so I decided to give it a try. From check-in to check-out, I was very satisfied with both the service and the facilities. The invoice was also issued quickly and efficiently. It's a pretty good hotel, I'd recommend staying here.
