環境：還不錯，挺乾淨的
服務：服務態度好，早餐口味還不錯值得推薦
設施：設施設備還可以，洗手間洗手池水龍頭水太小了，部分設施設備需要提高

酒店裝修的風格很喜歡，酒店大堂很有質感，配備的鮮花，還有一些老物件，很有感覺[強][強]，服務沒的説，一直都很認可，房間小了一些，不過配備的用品還都可以。還會選擇這家酒店入住的

酒店格局不是很好，鏡子直對床。由於當時已經是滿房，無法調換房間。前台和打掃衞生的阿姨在瞭解到我的訴求後，積極主動地幫我解決了問題。她們處理問題的態度和能力彌補了酒店硬件的不足。因為有她們熱心、貼心、暖心的服務，我願意再次入住瑞麗。

朋友推薦的，靜海的酒店他們家衞生比較乾淨，服務也很好，前台們都彬彬有禮的打招呼，很熱情，就是房間不怎麼大，不過我不是很在乎，睡的舒服就行。

酒店設施很温馨 早餐挺好的 酒店內有洗浴按摩服務很方便，師傅們的按摩手法很專業，我很少做點評，酒店前台的小姐姐服務很熱情，推薦來靜海的朋友可以來入住體驗，體驗一下這裏的水療環境還有養生泰式按摩

酒店整體環境真的不錯，一進到大堂就會聞到香薰的味道，很有特色，整個房間空間不是很大，但是房間裏配備的用品還都是挺齊全的，有防滑拖鞋，洗髮水，護髮素沐浴露不過我自己也帶了，很多酒店都是不會給配備護髮素的，所以住這個酒店除了空間不是很大，其他方面住的還是挺舒服的，床品睡着也很舒服，推薦。
