Bad review, very bad. I have been staying here before. The booking in my name said that I would stay for about three or four days a week. I must have lived here for more than 20 days, because I am an old resident and have been given two days. Click to check out. I checked out at 2:30 today. The front desk actually took it upon themselves to charge an extra 4 hours for the room. It’s really outrageous. The maximum charge for the previous hour was 50. The front desk had good and bad times, which caused a great psychological gap for the old residents. I will never go back. Won't come.

房間在15樓，床很大躺着感覺很舒服。酒店不足之處很多，房間是臨街的，晚上要是不拉窗簾室內就和白天一樣。淋浴的水龍頭設計很反人類，必須往左邊打滿才有熱水，牆上沒有任何提示。現在還衹是春天沒到夏天，放出來的洗澡水就沒馬桶蓋熱了，拖酒店的福，回家就發燒了

酒店裝修比較新，有送物品機器人；房間比較大，還有小度智能音箱，可以語音開關窗簾、燈光，衞生間有智能馬桶圈。
連住了兩晚，第三天早上前台打電話告知送了價值58選元的自助早飯，早飯菜品比較豐盛。

酒店位置稍微有點偏，有點老，但房間大，價格也合適，所以訂了這邊。
位置：因為位置有點偏，所以去哪都得開一段時間的車，要不是春節不好訂，這裏還真不是最佳選擇；
服務：前台服務很一般，感覺有點像過去國營酒店的服務態度。
設施衞生：稍微有些老，但還算乾淨，就是地毯不太乾淨，孩子下地最好別光腳，不過馬桶是智能的，還有一點特奇怪的是，浴簾在浴室外面😅
總體評價還算可以，畢竟在春節期間，價格算是便宜的了。

酒店位置稍微有點偏主要定的時候想晚上在愛琴海看相聲，這塊打車6分鐘就能到酒店。而且房間大有五十平米。智能馬桶浴缸小度控制。但是不知掉是不是因為過節我們已經六點多到酒店了，結果房間還沒有打掃好。不能按要求入住

酒店設施很完善，隔音好有小度智能屏全屋智能包括馬桶都是智能，而且房間面積非常大還有全身鏡和沙發，衞浴是柯勒的感覺裝修方面是用心了。
衞生搞得還可以第二天阿姨也能主動來打掃房間補給用品，前台還多送了兩瓶礦泉水，總體服務可以。
但是！！！讓我生氣的是早餐是到九點半，可是九點去的時候連毛都不剩了！！！如圖所示，你讓我吃空氣嗎？？？而且買沒有補給，這是58一位的早餐？？？鬧呢啊！空着肚子瞬間把好感敗沒！！！

龍年春節，和媳婦迴天津老家，第一天住的其他酒店，第二天換了這個，這下是我的真實感受！
①位置好！從北京京津高速，宜興府出口下來直接走快速路，15分鐘就能到大酒店，酒店距離河東區核心地區的萬達廣場，愛琴海購物中心，紅星美凱龍步行15分鐘可到達，走到地鐵站也衹10分鐘步行
②設施好！雖然酒店已經裝修了有一段時間了，但是各種設施保存的都還比較好，包括新換的智能馬桶也是比較實用的，可以看出來，酒店剛開業的時候也是比的4.5~5星的酒店級別裝修的，用料非常講究，床墊夠軟，水龍頭和水池子全都是科勒的原裝貨，提供的備品也是非常的新，毛巾應該是最近剛換的，非常的柔軟舒適吸水，所有的洗髮用品都是分裝小瓶的，這一點特別值得表揚。
③服務好！每個人的臉上都洋溢着微笑，每一個接待你的前台人員都能有問必答，當你提出要求的時候都會幫你儘可能的滿足，前台有個小櫃子，裏面裝了很多旅行用的備品都可以隨便拿去用，甚至還貼心的準備了小童拖鞋和小童牙刷，這在這種商務酒店裡邊可是不多見的！
④早餐好！大年初二的早上，在天津能夠吃到這麼豐盛的早餐，實屬不易，菜品新鮮，美味可口，品種齊全，雖然受到過節的影響，上菜速度有點慢，但是一切都井井有條！臨時又多加了一位客人吃早餐，酒店也沒有多收取我的費用，在此深表感謝！
⑤很方便！酒店是在居然之家河東店的商場上蓋，旁邊還有一個非常大的農貿市場，叫大南橋市場，裡邊賣的都是天津當地特色的食品，方便的話可以過去逛一逛，有不錯的收穫。在酒店門前和菜市場旁邊有大量的空餘車位，停車很方便，而且不收費
最後有個小建議，房間的中央空調如果再給力一些就更好了，或者給客人配個電暖器什麼的！

房間很大，格局挺好的，窗外也沒有遮擋，視野開闊，設施還可以不是很新，但是也還好，自動馬桶挺方便，就是半夜有時會自動沖水。酒店門口有單獨停車場，停車方便。
