樓道很黑很陰暗，房間木地板很舊都翹起來了，床邊地上有很大的灰塵結塊和黑色絮狀，床單不太乾淨，桌子上的橡膠墊有黃色大油點，還有一層粘粘的土，廁所也不太乾淨，馬桶都黃色了，隔壁的房間有裝修，很早就開始電鋸電鑽的聲音，不過老闆人挺熱情，和那些好評寫的完全不一致

最差最差的酒店了，樓外環境就像貧民窟一樣，一整晚都睡不踏實，擔心不安全
房間內好多東西都是破的，臟死了也，最不可思議的是被子上面一排鈕釦是什麼意思？？？
洗漱用品還都是破破爛爛的公用呢，看看牙膏，真不值這些錢，我覺得最多五六十的樣子

屋子非常乾淨，房東大姐人特別好，特別熱情，這次在這裏住了兩天，有什麼問題大姐都幫忙解決，地理位置也比較好，離萬達，愛琴海都不遠，價格也很實惠，性價比特別高，真心推薦

房東人很好，很親切隨和，通過簡單的溝通聊天可以感覺到是一位熱心腸的熱情實在大姐，房間很乾凈，也很大，40多平米的房間確實體驗感很好，相當於兩三個連鎖酒店的大小，家庭式的環境，回家的感覺真好，以後會常住超級喜歡這家酒店，以後有機會還會選擇入住

很有特色的一個賓館，是天津老姐妹退休後自主創業的“中國合夥人”姊妹版，服務非常周到，態度特別好，很能體現天津本地人熱情開朗，解決問題的速度也非常快，效率很高，設施齊全，還有冰箱和洗衣機，採光也很好，老闆倆人是40多年發小，如今一起創業，還在8樓辦公室內開了個小零食鋪，方便周圍和住户買東西，真的挺好的，經濟實惠，如果説有哪裡沒中不足，那就是衞生上可能有些地面或者長期不用的櫃子有些灰塵，但是床單枕套還是很乾凈的，都是定期更換，總體來説很滿意，這個價格有這個服務已經很棒了，老闆還貼心的幫忙保管行李，如果出差旅行，地點還是很棒的👍
