感覺不怎麼樣，晚上入住收拾的差不多了，燒的熱水澆一下馬桶，結果發現個毛髮。然後大晚上給前台反饋，處理及時沒有墨跡就換了房，有一説一這點很不錯。但是衞生方面很擔心，而且大晚上換房，還很累，太影響心情了。後續換房之後馬桶上還是有膠撞物，不知道是什麼，我自己拿紙巾擦掉的。然後拖鞋就如圖，還沒拆開就是這樣的，不知道是不是二次利用。

地理位置還挺方便的，在政協俱樂部斜對面橋腳，旁邊是黨校背面是張勛舊居，離徐州道地鐵站步行5-10分鐘，步行去天津音樂廳大概15-20分鐘，音樂廳對面就是五大道景區了…但是呢門口是拐進了橋腳底，那段路人行道不太平攤，拉行李箱有點吃力。
衞生還是可以的，床鋪很乾凈，剛好我住的房間在一樓，窗户外面是他們的停車場，但是挺安靜的，沒啥大的噪音。美中不足的浴室去水不好，洗個澡去水慢，有兩三釐米的水深，害我洗澡澡等水退了再去洗一遍腳。

因為堵車半夜才到，前台態度不好，設施比較陳舊，衞生間反味嚴重，淋浴水壓很小，沒法洗頭髮更不能洗澡，地上下水不好，站着洗個臉鞋就會濕透，提供了一次性毛巾浴巾這點挺好，床頭可能不經常打掃，濕巾擦下來很多灰，以及燈的開關和電話。維修人員儘量想給修淋浴，但感覺房子設施就這樣，還是很感謝維修人員。總之，這次來天津是一次很愉快的體驗，一個美麗充滿人文關懷的城市。

空調聲音有點大，有地暖就好了。整體來看環境衞生不錯。價格很合適。酒店自帶早餐，比較方便。過年期間房間預訂爆滿，因為位置不錯，離五大道，津灣廣場很近，地鐵口也不遠。大的商場好幾個。價格比較合適。

離海河很近，傍晚了可以河邊散步，回來過個馬路就可以上樓，房間乾淨衞生，服務非常好，前台小姐姐還幫我們安排了江景房，送了早餐，前台還可以寄存行李哦非常奈斯的體驗！下次還來！
